Got my car fixed very quickly, at a very short notice. Very friendly and professional service. Honest prices. My new favourite garage!

First time of using Jay's as I urgently needed new brake pads and discs locally and within half an hour of taking my call I left my van with them and fitting me in around other work they were finished early afternoon ready for me to collect. Reasonably priced, professional work and great customer service. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks

Took my car to Jay's Motors for diagnosis. Was told I have to change the gearbox and clutch but the repair costs being more that the price of the car, they offered to scrap it for me.

Got a recovery truck to pick it up from the garage, but when arrived, the gates were closed shut. Friday around 2pm. Called the service, they told me they went FISHING and there was no one able to come and open the doors. Recovery trucks are expensive.

Anyway, scrapped my car for peanuts money just to find out that after 2 days the car was repaired with less that £30 parts and passed a MOT.

Was charged £48 for the diagnosis of the car. SCRAPPED my car, have to mention again.

Brought in car late on Monday to get bumper repaired,thought it would take a few days,was done next morning!! Reasonably priced,very efficient and friendly staff,highly recommend.

Took car in for a service that had under 5000 miles on the clock. Told the garage it was a lease car so I wanted minimal work. Came back to a £300 plus bill as they made as many replacements as possible even the window wipers going against our instructions.

I would recommend. This garage gave me prompt and friendly service recently when my car broke down in the area and had to be towed to a local garage! They were really accommodating and helpful and got me fixed and back on the road really quickly. Much appreciated!

We were in a pickle when visiting the south for a week in May as a major fault developed with our Porsche Cayenne Drive Train. A blind enquiry through their website resulted in immediate care and attention followed by a very quick repair at reasonable cost. Very friendly and impeccable communications keeping us informed throughout the repair. Highly recommended and a thank you from a satisfied customer.
