Had a serious and ongoing problem with my BMW which Naz was able to diagnose almost instantly. Very knowledgeable and was happy to explain exactly what the issues were and what works were required in language that even I could understand.

Naz definitely takes great pride in his work - which in the automotive world is gold-dust if like me you don't know one part of a car-engine from the next.

Naz is an excellent local BMW expert, with fair pricing and an eye for detail.

Despite dropping off my car before a bank holiday, Naz managed to source and fit two large components, before fixing a couple of smaller issues that he spotted when doing this work.

Once sure of the car’s condition, Naz got the MOT completed (pass - no minors) and ready for me to collect in time for the weekend.

Straightforward service and excellent communication throughout. Would highly recommend.

Great experience dealing with Naz with a misfire issue on my car. It was diagnosed & fixed and Naz ran me through what the issue and the fix was. I was kept up to date on progress and Naz called me when he said he would. Overall very positive.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Naz with my BMW. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable and always finds a solution to problems, also an absolute gent so a real pleasure to see him whenever we go back.

Charged £95 just to be told they have no idea what's wrong with it! Do not believe all the fluffy reviews. Late last year I also went thinking that as a BMW specialist they could get to the bottom of my E90 engine knocking. After test driving and diagnostic was told they don't really know what the issue is. Well Naz mate, if you checked properly you'd had found that cylinder 3 and 4 was miss firing due to the coil packs. Once changed the car has been running smooth ever since! Thanks to Ryans Garage all the way in West Ruislip for that. I'm sure they are usually a good garage but have to give them a one star for that.
