Possibly the worst back street mechanic I've ever come across! Don't use them if you value your money or your life! Gave my car back in such a dangerous condition it was lethal. Cost me a fortune to fix it properly. Wish I'd got a proper receipt so I could have sued them...

I have been a customer for years. Have never yet been unhappy with the work or the price. I recommend them to any and every friend who needs something done.

Went there today for first time as other garages had told me I had to book the car in and get it investigated or come back next week. I explained to the guy who I know now is Colin about my issues with my car. He told me to come back in the afternoon and he'd see what he could do. After returning to the garage Colin had sorted out my problem within an hour, even modifying the problem when he didn't have to. Colin went that extra yard that other garages don't do.

The price was very reasonable indeed and we'll worth the tip. If you need your car repaired urgently you need to go to this guy.
His honest realiable and gets the job done without fluffing about like other garages do.

I will be back for a service sometime soon.

great owner. honrst reliable dies a great job nd doesnt over charge. he doesn't con folk like some large chains and some smaller businesses he doesnt pretend work needs doing that doesn't need doing. He will change light bulbs if you drop on and windscreen washers. do full and mini mot he repairs what ever needs doing. if he can't do what you need he knows the best and most reliable places to send you to have the wirk done. a straight talking honest hard working and skilled person

My car had failed its MoT the day before. Brake lights staying on. I called early Sunday morning after 3 visits elsewhere and I was greeted with a cheery welcome from Margaret. It might be a switch was a guess. My brakes function was sorted with 2 double filament lamps. My son could now borrow my car whilst I was away over Christmas. 30 years they have been trading, They are Good People as my old Dad would say, Good People I would heartily recommend.

Would recommend this place to everyone! Their prices are so reasonable, they don’t try rip you off and are really friendly and helpful. Fixed my car within an hour.

Bad services

The mechanic said he knew what the problem was and he can fix it, They told me an original price of £90. When the car was ready they said they had to add a couple things so I have to pay £125 but they couldn’t fix the real problem.
I questioned this charge as my car wasn’t fixed, he first said he couldn’t take out the new parts he put in, when I asked “if the cars not fix why should pay for these new parts” the mechanic got angry and told his work partner to take everything out that they put in, without discussing anything to me and told me my keys are in the engine and they left.

Not good customer services and tried to take advantage of the whole situation

Owners tried to charge me full price for new parts when the car WAS NOT FIXED!?!
Really bad service and they were definitely trying to take advantage of me 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Avoid this place!
