L&R Vehicle Repairs

I do not rate this garage at all! They had my car for weeks to give me the faulty item for me to get it sorted out so they keep the costs down, I thought that's good of them, I managed to get my faulty item repaired as it was the ecu, after a week of getting my ecu repaired from else ware, I gave it back to this garage for them to put it back on my car, after 2 weeks later the garage rang me to say I could collect my car. The ecu in my car has six bolts that hold it to the vehicle, easy to get at.
When I arrived at the garage, I was hit with a several hundred of pound bill, I asked why is the bill so high as it was me that sent the unit off and had it repaired in my time and at my cost, I got a reply saying its because we spent so much time on it. I know for a fact this is a lie, as everytime I rang the garage up to ask when would I get my car back, they replied they are working on someone else's car but will get round to mine. My car has no new parts off them it only went in there to get a MOT. The worse thing is when I chucked them my card over to pay for the bill they said they only accept Cash! This garage ripped me off! I would not recommend this garage to anyone.

A small independent business you can trust. They've fixed my car numerous times as well as those of my friends and family over the years. The guys there are friendly, genuine and have decades of experience. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

They were very polite and professional right from the phone call to book my car in to picking it up once my MOT had been completed. Would definitely recommend. I’m new to the area but I wouldn’t hesitate to use this garage again. Thank you.
