Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. I run a car dealer site in Kidderminster which is over an hour away, but PMP Cars had the experience in fixing the fault on one of Audi A1’s using walnut blasting. Spoke to them and felt confidence straight away. Made me feel welcome when I dropped the car off. All sorted and price was competitive. Highly recommended.

Had a timing chain kit fitted by these guys 6 months ago on my 2008 BMW 120D Msport . These guys know their stuff, 8000 miles later car still running like a dream. Would 100% recommend.

Martin and the team were fantastic. They did an unbelievable job with my valve stem seal replacement on my X1. All done within a couple hours and drove home same day. Car drives like new now. They even took it back for some minor oil leak and covered under warranty! Thanks guys!

I've used PMP twice now and held out to leave a review while I had a second job done by them.

The first time I had an E92 335i with the dreaded 30FF boost issues and faulty wastegate actuator arms. I removed the turbos myself and had them reconditioned at I.T.S. in Drighlington. It took me over a month in my spare time and worst of all working on axle stands, however I got the car all back together but still had the 30FF code and the turbos didn't work even once. I'd had enough and found PMP online, made the 2 hour drive down to them and within 2 hours they had my turbos removed and found that the front reconditioned turbo, the weld on the actuator arm had broken straight away. 4 hours after arriving they had the turbo welded properly and the car completely back together. I thoroughly enjoyed the drive home and it was well worth the day out.

My most recent experience was having my N55 engine rebuilt for my bottom end seized 2012 M135i. I took the engine out myself and tried using a local rebuilder in Doncaster who didn't even start the job after 5 weeks of waiting. PMP were my first choice but I thought that using a local rebuilder would save me time, how wrong was I? After losing my patience I collected the engine in the back of my V70 and made the drive down to Nuneaton. A couple of days later PMP had my engine stripped and ready for rebuild. We had to discuss exactly how I wanted the rebuild doing and this took me a week because I was trying to source parts myself which didn't pay off. It took just 2 weeks, including ordering parts and having the crank reground, for PMP to have my engine ready for collection.

Obviously I've waited while I've put some miles on the car to leave this review so I've just done my first oil change at 500 miles on the rebuilt engine. It runs beautifully, better than I could have imagined, I just wish I'd taken the engine to PMP in the first place.

You'd think that you'd pay a premium for their expertise but on both occasions they've charged very, very fairly considering the work involved. Besides, if you use PMP first you won't be out of pocket after trying elsewhere.

Thank you very much PMP, I will be using you straight away for any future work!

These guys are absolutely top of their class at what they do Ecspecially regarding the N54 engine.
They are roughly 180 miles from me and they are still one of a few garages I would trust working on my car.
They are very very fair priced, always friendly, helpful and down to earth. Honestly, garages like this is a dying breed and it's a real shame because the standard of work is always phenomenal.

Booked in with PMP to replace the timing chain on our Cooper SD. Service was quick and swift. HOWEVER… not long after getting the car back and started using for journeys to work and back again, the car started developing faults such as an EML, noises engine and an electrical fault that doesn’t allow any OBD scanner to connect or link to the car at all. Mentioned this to the owner who’s final email reply was ‘Good luck’. I’ve asked about them looking at the car again to help find the issues, they’ve refused, took legal advice and going to pursue further. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Took my 645ci to them today for valve stem seals and multiple oil leaks/misfires, oil change and coolant flush. All I can say is WOW, it drives like a new car! Really friendly staff and amazing service. Despite me living in London it was worth the trip. Will definitly be using them again. Thank you

Booked in for walnut blasting at 8am. 8:05am work begins. 8:30am told two injectors copper seals leaking and will fix this also. 10am all work completed. Drove it like I stole it home. Car pulls like a train. Highly recommend walnut blasting.
