It says on amber sound radio advert you don't treat people like a numpty, Well I reckon I just have. I came around 15 mins before closing time wanted to sort out my car tyre, and just got fobbed off by saying he's turned the air off now, and saying "have I got a spare tyre?" I tell you what fella I shan't bother going to your place.

Friendly and helpful lads.
Good for fair priced puncture repairs, don't take you into the side room for a chat and start laying it on thick like they do at Kwik Fit, gently breaking it to you that your whole car is about to self destruct.
Will let you look at what the problem is and give you an honest diagnosis with a repair made wherever possible.
Quick service too - note to people who've gone 15 minutes before closing and then complain.. How do you like having a load of work dumped on your desk when you are starting to shuffle your paperwork and switch the laptop off? Be realistic and respectful and you'll get sorted out first thing in the morning, and if it's an emergency and you are totally incompetent with anything practical call the AA!
