I was put onto Prassad by my brother who claimed he was fantastic. After having a problem with my C-class and after paying two other people to look at it with just some head scratching as a result I took it to him. With a five minute drive he found the problem straight away , and to my astonishment he told me to wait whilst he repaired it. I was thinking that I might end up with a very expensive repair, but no, after it was repaired a surprisingly small bill. He is a very kind and courteous man and I will certainly have him repair my car again should I need too. If you own a Mercedes, go to him it it cheaper and easier than paying inexperienced people. My brother was right , he is fantastic.

Excellent. I was in Cardiff for the weekend and my car developed a problem. I was recommended to Prasad by a family member who had used him before. My car needed new brake discs and repair of the parking brake. Prasad worked throughout the afternoon and into the night to get my car back on the road for me to return to Cambridge,. Prasad did an amazing job on my E class. Conscientious and thorough, honest prices - not cheap - but great service, reliable and trustworthy. He even washed and valeted it! Good as new!!

My car had a long standing electrical fault. (Mercedes SLK).
South Wales Auto were able to diagnose the fault and put it right within a day.

I booked my Mercedes GLA in for a service B today and I was absolutely blown away by the service I received. Prasad provided incredible customer service and made me feel very valued. Nothing was too much trouble. I was offered a courtesy car, he printed everything off for me including my existing service history and also fully valeted my car. He was so reasonably priced and followed all covid guidelines. I couldn’t recommend him enough and will certainly be using him for all future work on my car.

I own Mercedes CLC 180 which was due for a service/MoT in June 2020 and Prasad Shetty/South Wales Auto was recommended by a friend. I took my car to Prasad and I must say he lived up to his reputation. He did a good service and replaced the rear brake pads and discs which were worn out at good price and washed and valeted the car so it looked like new. One of the wheel caps with the Mercedes-Benz three pointed star logo was very badly discoloured and Prasad replaced it free of charge. Take your Mercedes to Prasad and you won't be disappointed!!!

Quickly diagnosed a problem that baffled Kwik fit twice. My usual garage didn't have the supplies/parts to do or investigate the job. Prasad demonstrated the issue via a video message. He worked into the very late evening to ensure the car was available the next day for me after handing over the keys to him at 6pm. Free courtesy car.

Polite, pleasant, and capable. I will now switch to using Prasad instead of my usual Mercedes Specialist from now on.
