Could not rate this company any lower. Paid £125 for call out to fit a new battery to my car, which wouldn’t start. Drove four hours to visit family with my toddler and when I went to drive home, car wouldn’t start. Had to call out a recovery service who said that the battery had not been connected properly - they were shocked that ‘anybody calling themselves a mechanic could do such a shoddy job on something so simple’. Called to explain the issue and guy was pretty rude. Sent photos of poor battery fitting and was told I would be refunded call out and labour costs. No refund received so called again. And again. And emailed. Finally got through after calling off partners phone. Matt very rude. I pointed out that mistakes happen and I didn’t want to cause a fuss, just wanted a refund. Also pointed out that nobody had actually apologised. Promised refund. Two weeks later, still no refund and not responding to calls and texts.

Really helpful staff. Came out to fit a new battery to my daughter's car only cost £50. Have called in on the off chance for various problems with my car and they have been happy to help out on the spot. Great place to go and very reasonably priced.
