Fantastic service and great team.
Spent a good chunk of time here today as they carried out the MOT. Booked in for a wax oil next month and will be the new goto place for me going forwards.

I've been amazed at the speed of response to fixing problems that others overplayed and massively over quoted for. Same day turnaround on two occasions where a several day wait and a much higher bill was expected. It's so rare nowadays to feel that one is receiving fair and honest treatment. The pay off for Eric and his team is that they will be guaranteed future business with returning customers, and new customers after recommendations from the likes of me.

Absolutely brilliant. We were new to the area, our van broke down and he found and fixed the problem in 2 days while also letting us sleep in the van in the yard after work. The best bit, he drove it down to our work to drop the van off when it was fixed. Absolutely brilliant service :)

As a german Tourist, on a Father-and-Son-Roadtrip through the UK, our car broke down, south of Conwy. The AA brought us to the Riverside Garage. I was amazingly surprised how dedicated, competent, and fast they solved the problem. Telefoned to order spare Parts, until they got it, gave me a car for the day and next day, repaired everything fantastic so we could drive the 1.100mls home, and still drive. If you look for a Garage where mechanics can think, and repair - if you're sick of workshops where so-called-machanics change parts a computer tells them so, - your right here @ Riverside Garage Conwy. They could have taken any Price from me as a foreign. They kept it more than fair. Thank you very very much for your fantastic service!!!

There aren’t many garages around that are honest, this is an exception. Great service at a really reasonable price. Best garage I’ve used.
