Doctors all have a caring and friendly approach. Will go the extra mile for their patients. Receptionists? especially Helen, are very discrete and welcoming. Can usually get an appointment on the day requested.

Have always had a good experience here. The receptionist, Helen, is very helpful. Generally manage an urgent appointment on the same day when needed. If not available, they try to accommodate with a phone-in or with another GP. Medical staff is very friendly and approachable.

hardly ever call the doctors but having rang 11 times and engaged, i had to travel there and try telling the receptionist , i needed to speak to a doctor , was told nothing they could do even when i had explained i have been trying 11 times , if you are lucky you will get helen who has always be accomodating ,she will get you an appointment , the rest of the staff need to take a page out of her book , its simply being polite and professional

Waited on the phone this morning for 30 mins to be told there are no appointments, will have to try again tomorrow or ring 111 instead. Absolutely useless service. We need app bookings again at least we can get a confirmed appointment within 3 weeks, I've been trying for days now!

I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 weeks and all I get told is “ they are fully booked today” if you are thinking about joking this gp because it’s closer to where you live then don’t. They’d rather let you suffer than actually deal with the patients

Never answer the phone always ‘20th in the queue’ my dads been without diabetic medication for a week now and they do not care that his health is declining.

Told me nothing was wrong with me or the excuse of ‘they can’t fit me in’ and I ended up hospitalised from kidney problems.

Do NOT use this doctors. They do NOT care about your health they care about money. I promise there are better ones out there it’s just finding them!

Been ringing for the past 2weeks at 8am no1 picks up the phone!! Ridiculous service 🙄

i work for the nhs and i have been ringing most of the day to get appointment. no one answer the phone. something needs sorting for those who work and want and want to make an appointment after work. this needs looking into as it is getting worse. at moment i am ringing and i not even getting answer phone. please look into your receptionist as they need to start answering these phone calls. please please can something be sorted as i need an appointment and i am being penalized it seems for working.
