We were yesterday with a half-conscious child with a very high temperature. Of course the doctor couldn't see my son. I have not encountered anything like this in my life. this is the worst GP I've ever seen in my life. Could not get through to disrupt the appointment. They never have free appointments but whenever you go it's always empty. I am shocked at how you can refuse to help a 5-year-old child. I don't think this place has anything to do with doctors. Very bad service. also very lazy womens at the reception.

Common sense lacks at this surgery.
Explained to receptionist I want a referral for a x-ray as my husband thinks he has a kidney stone. No you have a make an appointment, ok make me one, no you have to ring back tomorrow.

With so few appointments available why waste the doctors time, when he will send him for one. Last time he had a kidney stone he was in hospital for a couple days so its a pain he recognised. Doctors always say patients know their bodies,

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the reception team that will hang up on you when you’re trying to raise queries and relevant concerns. This doctors surgery is absolutely appalling and you can only blame so much on the covid crisis. It doesn’t matter what time or day you call the hold times will always be 30 minutes+, and there is somehow never a prescribing doctor in. They need to sort out their staffing and while today they were closed for staff training, they clearly need to do more as there is a complete lack of compassion and attitude problem from the reception team.

Worst surgery I have been in my life . Been calling almost everyday for appointment 8am and it will take me almost 30 minutes to answered. When they answer I am always been told there is no appointment . Receptionist are not compassionate and don't care about the health of patients. I wish I could get another surgery if it is possible

This surgery is a joke
My pregnant partner who is type 1 diabetic had to fight for 3 days to get meds and the receptionist called Danielle promised she had helped to get the prescription and she had LIED!... she blatwbtky has nothing but air between her ears... the other receptionists cut calls off on purpose, they shift blame between each other... the surgery as a whole have no time for patients. Disgusting treatment of people... needs shutting down

The receptionist tell you different things on different days. I’m forever being fobbed off. Told I need to email, then why have you emailed you need an appointment. I’ve been trying to get documents for work for three weeks now and no one is being helpful. At one point I was even told they were booking appointments and to go to a&e, when it’s not serious enough to go to a&e and waste their time. Used to be a good surgery but really going downhill very quickly.

The reception staff think they own the place then talk to you like your a kid . Prescriptions are not done in time . Every week I have to phone up and chase them up and sometimes have to go to the pharmacy 2 times when I’m and I’m a very ill man and have to get cabs back and forth to the pharmacy. Then they talk to you like your in the wrong and talk as if you don’t know what you talking about . I never receive emails and always have to chase them up for scripts to be signed and sent off . Time after time the script is not there when I attend the pharmacy on a Thursday . You would think they would send it on a Wednesday so it’s there for the Thursday . Sometimes I don’t get my meds till 4pm and I am to take it first thing in the morning as I can’t function properly without them . This doctors needs a shake up and a wake up call .

This Surgery is a scam!!
You call at 8:00, wait one hour in a queue and when they get your call they say all the appointments have been booked for the day.

My wife once went to them and the place was empty..

The think is this it happens all the time. I have never seen this GP in the past two years for this reason, and have to go private for consultations.

I pay about £30K on tax and national insurance a year and I cannot see a GP when I need.

What a shame.

This surgery should be closed down.

The total rating for this GP is 1.6 only because we cannot give 0 ( zero ) stars.

This should raise a concern in the NHS and take actions against this GP surgery.

Next time when I need to be seen by a GP and I cannot get an appointment as it’s “fully booked for the day” I will spend one week in the car park and record how many patients are coming in, and I will send a report to the government, NHS, GMC and media.
