Clear Earwax Clinic

Just visited the Wembley branch to have my ears cleaned and had an amazing experience. So well priced and the doctor gave me some extra advice on what I can use for my build up. Defo recommend everyone to come here and with free parking it’s a win win.

They don’t deserve any stars. I had to give one to post a review. DO NOT book through there website. They gave me a bogus appointment and took money off me under false pretences has there was no appointment. The ear clinician went home, before my appointment was booked. Why was the website showing an appointment available. I called for an hour and a half after, without getting through to anyone, while the automatic telephone telling me there is one person in front. I would never trust them. I now have to try and get my money back. 🤬

I would 100% recommend this place. I had reduced hearing in both my ears which was relieved in just 5 minutes!! Moshen, my practitioner, did a superb job and all the staff are VERY friendly.

As a fellow medical professional, I would recommend this place.

They charged me £35 (consultation fee) just for telling me I didn't have an ear wax. One sentence was the equivalent of £35. I had occasional "crackling" sound in my right ear. They didn't know what I could do about it. If you're not sure what your hearing problem is, don't expect them to give any advice. Waste of time and money

The best and quickest service I’ve ever received. Called them after I spoke to my GP who said they was not able to do anything for me, so they booked me an appointment the very next day. Went to my appointment, the receptionist was very professional and helpful, she made sure I was comfortable and happy. The audiologist specialist who cleaned my ears and unblocked it completely, was very comforting and nice to me. The procedure took less than 15 minutes and I walked out feeling like a brand new person.

I really cannot recommend this clinic enough. I have suffered with earwax problems for years. This clinic in Wembley Park is by far the best one I’ve used yet. It is spotless and the clinician that treated me was so gentle and professional I left not only able to hear, but feeling like I was in the best hands I could have been. I will be back everytime I need my ears cleared for sure. Greg scott.
