I cannot understand how someone could be so disinterested and unprofessional. I called to book in an appt and was meet by the most miserable receptionist, completely disinterested in the job and constantly trying find a way out of booking me in. Since covid I can understand the changing nature of businesses, but this is a medical practise and needs to act in accordance to its position.

The worst GP system, it's designed to profit without caring about the patient, this telephone appointment system is useless in some cases and you have no way of avoiding it even if you know that it won't work waste of time and extra income for them. Majority of staff that I have met so far are professional and competent hence the 3stars.

Rude receptionists!!!! They seem to act as medical professionals, asking whats wrong, and if you deserve an appointment or not. Looking at other reviews i can see i'm not the only one to be annoyed by this. Why not train your staff to act in a more professional manor? the lack of care here is appalling.

I must agree with previous comments. Not very professional and receptionist is just the worst. I just don't understand why is she doing work which she clearly hates.
Just swap her with somebody more professional please.

I have nothing but praise for the care my family and I have received from Dr Salmon. She has been understanding, responsive and helpful. Although it can take a while to get an appointment, the care during the appointment is always excellent, texts with results are sent very quickly and I am thankful she is our family GP.

It really does not surprise me to see that Fleet Medical Centre only has a 2 1/2 star rating they are awful.

My son has a diagnosed of Autism, ADHD and has a speech deficiency, he is 15 years old and is really struggling with his mental health due to people make fun of the way he speaks.

I called Fleet Medical Centre to get an appointment for my son and I explained that he is anxious, depressed and has stopped speaking (will only communicate in the house by text) I was told that mental health is not important and that I must call back a week later to see if they have an appointment to offer me. I was also given details for a mental health charity that no longer exists.

I put in a complaint and wow the response just confirmed to me how heartless and rude the staff are at Fleet Medical Centre. I was offer a phone call 3 weeks later what a kick in the teeth.

I have since started the move to Richmond Surgery, I walked into the Surgery in tears begging for someone to help my son (did the same with Fleet Medical Centre but they didn’t care) I was welcomed with open arms and offered an appointment within a week and that’s only because they have got to wait for our records to be transferred or else I am told I would have gotten a same day appointment for him.

Fleet Medical Centre you should be ashamed of yourself, your an absolute disgrace.

Doctors generally lovely when you can reach them, but after 20 minutes of calling to get the 'line busy' tone, am despairing of ever getting to see one, even with the urgent referral from an out of hours Doctors last night for my sick toddler.

Called the day before with concerns that my little boy was becoming unwell quickly. Receptionist took it upon herself to speak to duty doctor on my behalf and said they didn't think he needed seeing. Treatment for pneumonia started that night. Please, please take it more seriously if a parent calls with concerns about a serious medical condition. Will take this one further as the lack of care is deeply concerning.

I have now called 57 times. Got through twice. Both times the 'to speak to a receptionist, press x' system failed. So I'm tempted to come down there to speak to someone face to face.

You cannot operate like this.

Dr Mandy Cofie is the nicest and most caring GP I have ever had. I’ve no idea why the rating is so low for this surgery. The reception staff have been helpful and friendly, I can book an appointment online with ease and order repeat prescriptions. The reception team have also been incredibly good when triaging my partner, which I really appreciate. My partner is also really well looked after my Dr Cofie. I can’t fault this place :) thank you
