Took my Mum for her flu vaccine. The system worked perfectly, we felt safe and we were in and out in minutes! Thanks to the entire team who we appreciate are working so extremely hard to look after us over COVID. My Mum couldn’t speak more highly of you all. THANK YOU!

Used to be brilliant but since covid they are now badly understaffed (although they try to cover it up, it's now common knowledge).
It's difficult to even see anyone, sometimes even the the e-consults are unavailable.
Some of the doctor's just seem disinterested and condescending in their attitude.
What happened in the last 2 years??
This place needs a serious overhaul as the community are starting to lose all faith in their surgery......

They are trying their best. Given they work for the NHS, they do a good job. Doctors and receptionists are polite and professional. To improve, the main thing is to reduce waiting times, for calls to be answered and for appointments waiting lists to be reduced. Unlikely unfortunately with the NHS currently, hence a modest 3 stars for their good performance.

Huge thanks to Dr John Hudson and the admin team for dealing with my econsult enquiry very promptly and professionally. Thank you for your hard work in these challenging times, it is much appreciated.

The most useless GP practice I've ever experienced. Thankfully I moved out of the area which allowed me to experience competent medical care. Unfortunately my parents are still trapped here and being served by negligent "professionals". Looking back on care I received from them, they ignored blatant symptoms of a condition which is now going to require major surgeries despite my mother bringing it to their attention several times and dangerously over prescribed me medication against national guidelines at the time. I am now stuck on this medication and have become reliant upon them.

The only advice I can give people still receiving care here is run if you can, the grass is definitely greener elsewhere.

I have had such wonderful care from the staff and Doctor Kerr that I am lost for words. Without them I would not be able to have continued working. I am very lucky.

Sadly the service is disintegrating. I understand there is a lack of doctors however constant patronising is not acceptable.

Sooner or later there will be a tragedy if anyone cares.

Massive thank you to Dr Caswell who I saw a few weeks ago about my child. She was superb. I left the surgery feeling completely understood and supported. Thank you so much

Husband has ongoing insomnia issues and has just been told by a doctor medical information was given incorrectly to another doctor (even though clearly states on screen what patients are taking) wrong information means my husband is left yet again with no help! The doctors response wasn’t even an apology was just a sorry I can’t help you and hung up the phone! Making a formal complaint and will be looking into negligence law suit. I’m genuinely shocked I just that he told my husband he was too busy to help him... SORRY I THOUGHT YOUR JOB WAS TO HELP PEOPLE!?!?
