Church Langley Medical Practice

Ive been a patient here for over a year now and have always been seen or at-least had a phone call appointment on the same day. I never call the phone due to the wait times (which are the same everywhere!) I use the online consultation form, its quick and easy to use.

I have seen some great doctors here, Dr.Ojo being one of them recently.

For out of hours or smaller issues I don't want to waste GP's time with I use 111.

Been registered with this surgery since 1997, having dealt with rude, arrogant and adjective receptionists for the majority of those years I thought they had now improved………Wrong !!
I asked for a hospital letter to be redirected to another temporary address six weeks ago. I then went there today to collect my prescription and was told I had been removed from the register and that they had informed me by post and had sent this by letter to the address I wasn’t at !!!!
I was left with no medication.
I just got a shrug when I questioned this.
I was then told I could not re-register and had to go to a surgery near where I had been staying.
Appalling service and I am glad I have now left.
I will be writing to the local health authority to complain about this and the lack of empathy and care shown by the staff involved.

Premises looking tired, in need of update, but, from (albeit) limited access to the surgery, both staff and their communication has been polite and clear.

Had an appointment today with ingrid and she was so lovely and it’s the first time since attending this surgery that I have felt welcome and left happy with the service I received. Very polite and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Nice to feel happy when I left rather then angry and upset.

I went for an asthma review. My asthma was discussed at length then I asked a question about the pneumococcal vaccine. Information was pulled up on screen and discussed. I had the vaccine which saved me another trip to the surgery.
I was very pleased with the appointment and the nurse.

Evry time i call sorry all apointmens gone. I called also today in morning dident get apointment and i call at 2pm the answer was we deal only with energency
I got pain on my back and calling from last week cant get apointment!! And olso
From yesterday I fell sick and womiting
And she is telling me go to hospital bcs we deal with emergency only.
And is puttin the phone down.

I would like to thank the doctors and staff at Church Langley medical practice for their help and guidance. They are so friendly and patient that makes you feel welcome even feeling under the weather.

Just trying to book a blood test for 17th February and they telling me that it’s fully booked how can Then tryed to book a doctors appointment well that’s not possible to early the person on the other end of the phone not very help full .
