An absolute lack of regard for patients. Disappointing that after fighting for years to get mental health support one ends up here, where no one cares at all. They won't respond to you. You'll have to wait for a year to get there first. Once you there, you won't receive much help, if any help at all

No comment because they have really down graded me as a person. Lack of trust here

Went there last year from my GP. Had 2 lengthy phone calls before appointment. Then when I arrive untrained ("trainee") who produced a laptop and proceeded to ask me the same questions as I previoulsy answered.
When i could not tell her waht prompted my negative thoughts she gpt upset and threatned me with "so why have yoy come here". Needless to say I walked out. No empathy at all. I did'nt go to repeat a computor generated questionaire by a snooty trainee with no understanding or life experience. Wrote to have my data removed buy refused. NHS information did not naswer me for 6 months till I got the ICO involved. They also took 6 months. All in bed together. Never will I trust the NHS again. Instution is full of "caring" hot air and disrespect for patients. The only thing they care about is themselves and paid COVID holiday.

First time I went for depression, my counseller was trying to tell me to be mindful and like listen to clocks tick, I told her I am not very optimistic about that helping with my depression, she then told me i clearly don't want to be here and I shouldn't continue with the sessions. Really poor.
