The Poplars Physiotherapy Centre

This is the completely wrong spot. I got super lost and missed my appointment. Someone needs to contact google with the correct address so people don't cycle an hour in to get turned away.

Excellent NHS physiotherapy, in small groups, for my ankle muscle strengthening. A pity only 4/10 turned up!

Was told this was fully equipped. 1 bike, 1 treadmill & small set of stairs. Unenthusiastic staff only interested in clock
watching and cake

useless physios. They do not treat. They just sit and talk. Vast difference from NHS physios from few years ago when they used to actually treat patients, manipulate joints and muscles to help elevate pain and speed recovery. Total waste of time and resources
