Forest Road Medical Centre

20/09/2019 14:00, Today I was at the medical centre, because on Fridays 10:00-17:00 they open as Walk-In clinic. The clinic was completely empty, but the gentleman at the reception said unfortunately they are filled up, no free slot, and no chance to see the nurse because they are extremely busy at the moment. I will never go there again, usually I go to Boots Walthamstow to get my pills, but due the fire accident they are closed. At Boots the staff are more friendly and helpful than here.
I am very disappointed.

Awful stuff! Don't expect anything from the doctors either! So ignorant and so rude!!!
My toddler had persistent caught for two weeks with really really high temperature (over 39.6). The doctor here barely looked at him before concluding 'there's nothing wrong with him' and even made my wife feel guilty for bringing him to the doctor when they were the one insisting on us going !!!
After that horrible experience we went straight to another clinic where the doctor found out that our toddler had pneumonia! He is now being treated with antibiotics and feeling much better already. Not thanks for these poor excuse for a clinic!

Reception staff were horrible and rude. No patient/customer service skills at all! People like this should not be in a patient facing role! Patients at the door were ignored. Shouted at when patients knocked for help. Their role is to help patients but they were ignoring them! Then shouted at patients who needed help for knocking. Anyone would realise they knocked because they needed help but instead of asking if they're okay or if they needed help they were shouted at for knocking. What if they were in pain or needed first aid? Horrible. Would not recommend!

Practice opening hours 8:30am - 18:30pm Mon - Fri. Plenty of parking outside the practice, free for 1hr. Clean inside, plenty of seating and friendly staff. I was seen within my appointment time.
Looking at some of the previous reviews and patient experiences I didn't feel like that.

We have Midwife appointment called on reception to cancel the appointment , they have not provide us with the midwife number or transfer , their are not helpful yesterday I called the same number they did transfer to Midwife this time they don’t want to do bad Customer experience

I am wondering WHY this practice is still operating?
The staffs are extremely rude and un_ professional. They act like gangs members and attacking anyone challenge them on thier behavior.
No comunication skils at all and recently after 25 minute trying to reach them for an appointment was told I should call another time for appointment as there is non available.
When I said I have been on the phone since 8am and need an appointment the receptionist said that your lying.

I went to the Practice and I show them on my mobile the TIME I have been calling since but I was still denied appointment.

They really dont care for patients at all and the local council should close the practice for good.

This place needs to be closed down as there seems to be no improvement from what I can see on the other reviews there is definitely no care in this care team the receptionists are rude lack basic empathy and communication skills and the go are lazy and don’t take responsibility for there lack medical knowledge. I would advise people to find another practice

A few days ago there were 70 reviews and a score of 1.5 most of these have been removed and now there are 14 ! And the score is much higher . I just had a vacation here and is was like clockwork . The staff were great and friendly. Very much hats off to the NHS and all the front line workers .
