Harrow Road GP Practice

Me and my Family are tired and fed up of this GP practice, I'm looking to join another one. I do not know how many times we all make appointments and just an hour before, coincidentally all Doctors have emergencies so we can't be seen. After waiting for weeks for an appointment you are then given another for two weeks so you wait a month. I have had a go at the Triage system because of some inconsistencies and I have had enough. Avoid if you don't want to be any more depressed.

Over the last week both my daughter and I saw Dr Shaila and was amazed with her professionalism, expertise and attention to detail, I was referred for external tests and was advised re waiting lists etc, was seen so quickly. My daughter was also advised to try a different med to what she had been trying previously and has recovered. Dr Shaila has an excellent manner and is a great GP, she will go far, and is a positive addition to the practice.

Ok GP, you can get appointment when you need to , all those at reception are always very helpful and professional but a few doctors are not competent. Without naming any names, Only female doctors are good

Receptionist were so welcoming and the nurse was lovely. I transferred from another doctors to Harrow Road GP and they was very welcoming and very helpful with information.

Amazing service compared with other practices. I actually work at another GP practice and have always been impressed with the service I received from my GP and practice staff from receptionists to the doctors, I try and implement the same standards at my place of work. A brilliant example of a well run practice.

For very first time today, I had a wonderful experience in Harrow Road GP Practice with the doctor who take care of me. I don’t recall his name but was very professional and attentive to the details. Thank you so very much! We certainly need more people like you, who seems to care about there patients

The doctor was brilliant, she put me at ease and the receptionists are very understanding, helpful and brilliantly organised. A first smile from the reception goes all the way to being cured.

First visit to the practice, so far brilliant. This is the first practice that offered a Dr appointment following a nurse appointment to review my records after moving to the practice's area.
