Noshaba bibi did my smear test and inserted a copper coil. She counselled thoroughly, explained the procedure well and I did not feel any pain what do ever. She was gentle and efficient. Thank you for an amazing service Miss Bibi.

I've been registered with the Chigwell Medical Center for 13 years. Over the course of my life, I've seen different doctors come and go, but Mr Suleiman is by far my favourite medical practitioner. From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, you know where you stand immediately and what the next steps look like. Overall, the staff at the GP surgery has always been helpful and my experience with other medical professionals at this surgery has consistently been excellent. keep up the good work :)

I really dislike talking bad of the NHS but the organisation for this gp is a joke. Appointments are all over the phone, you can’t see a doctor. Especially with young children you should be able to. I know gps are busy and I’m not personally talking about the receptionists of gp’s they are all very friendly and helpful but you must be able to open your doors to try to resemble some normality. This started when Covid struck and seems to be the new norm for this surgery.)

Our family has been with Chigwell Medical Centre for 21 years and we have been very pleased with their services over all these years. Of course we all suffered over the Covid time and the changes after, however, overall I cannot please them enough. They do whatever they can to help. Many thanks!

Very difficult to book an appointment here. Receptionist will say call at 8am or 1pm but when you call at the specified time you will be put on a queue for a long time and when they answer they will say no appointment is available. This is rubbish. You can't even book in advance. This practice need to improve quite a lot or should be closed so other medical professionals can provide service that required by the community.

I do appreciate that doctors are working very hard but is very frustrating when you call exactly at 8 and there's a 48 calls front of you and obviously when reach your time no appointment and you have to deal with a very insensible receptionist, sometimes machines are more companionable than certain human, this GP has a few lovely staff but the bad ones are completely disgrace., and reading others reviews I can see I'm not alone.

I have been a GP service user for many, many years. All those years I was not very satisfied with the service, but I realised that all GPs are busy, and I adapted. But now GP has turned into an inaccessible island of doctors. If you need an appointment, you get it by phone and not even the doctor who works in this GP, but external (because probably all their doctors are very busy with their patients :). If you need a face-to-face appointment, they have a receptionist guard (telephone of course) who protects doctors from face-to-face appointments so much that she doesn't even care that their service user is in a pain and was told to take a face-to-face appointment by an external doctor. I finally decided to leave this island where doctors are unavailable because they are so so so....
