Dr Shah is absolutely brilliant. He has been my doctor since he joined and I am very grateful to him and all his support to me throughout the years. Aggie Siarnecka _ paramedic WASTE OF TIME. Did not like her attitude. She did not even return my call and refused to write me antibotics despite me having signs of a bacterial infection that I am struggling to fight. I wish I hadn't wasted my time speaking with her. The reason for the three star is a few that let down the place otherwise very good.
The receptionist are all lovely and helpful.

Rubbish service that is not functional at weekends when people like myself who want to access it. When we come to the surgery the receptionists ask us to go on this website to book appointments

I’ve been with the gp since a long time. The staffs are really friendly especially Jenett and Dr. Goldwater. However the appointment system is absolutely useless. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes to make an appointment for my baby and the receptionist is saying that I have to submit a form as the appointments are fully booked. And I’m being told this after waiting in the queue for 45 minutes for no reason. Ridiculous!

Phoned and used the ring back service to hold my place in the queue. It rang back 30 minutes later and as soon as I answered it rang off. I rang back and was told I was 1st in the queue, and it rang for 30 minutes (still 1st in the queue). Then very polite lady answered and told me I had to book an appointment on line, and they'd get back to me in 48 hours. So I did as she said. That was Monday today is Friday and I've had no response.

In the meantime I went private and got the appointment yesterday.

The service is absolutely appalling. If they were paid based on customer satisfaction they'd be bankrupt.

The NHS wasn't set up to be like this.

Have been using this surgery for 37 years. There are several GPs here: four partners and four salaried GPs. Many patients wish to see their old GP, but one of the newer GPs that my wife and I have seen in recent times--Dr Sarah Elnaiem-- provided excellent care.

Getting to them via phone in the morning is difficult these days. Two weeks ago I entered their phone queue as the 18th caller and it took 38 minutes to reach No.1. When a person now rings for an appointment, they would be asked several questions by the receptionist, and the receptionist seems to be the one who decides if you get to see the doctor. Whether this is a change for the better will become evident in time. There's an increased tendency to direct people towards phone consultations or to the pharmacist. This may be fine in some cases, but there are risks.

It is possible to book appointments online; not suitable for emergencies or urgent health issues. They used to have an online system called KLINIK, which has been replaced with another system called PATCHS. I have not used it yet, so cannot comment on it.

If you are a diabetic, you want a good diabetes management service. It's said diabetes and allied ailments now eat up 10% of the NHS budget. At one time they had a good diabetes service. It then went downhill and now seems to be improving.

Repeat prescriptions can be requested online. Prescriptions can also be electronically sent to Kings Pharmacy, which is 65 metres away.

Always polite and helpful. It is the best surgery I have ever used in London!

I called to speak to a GP on behalf of my sister whilst she was admitted into critical care. The receptionist (I think her name is Poppy) was amazing in signposting me to their online GP contact services and arranged a prompt telephone appointment with Dr Goldsmith. He was absolutely wonderful with my sisters discharge/follow up care. I know she is in good hands with this GP Practice. Many thanks to the practice team in supporting her since she has moved over to you.

I've never had any issues here as some others seem to have. The staff has always been extremely kind and the doctors very caring. Yes, they get busy so sometimes you wait because the other gp's in the area are terrible.
