Crane Park Surgery

Dr V Sinha and the other doctors go that extra mile to help you and I’m very grateful for all the help I’ve had in the past three years. The receptionist in the front are very polite, this is the first contact and it gives me confidence of being looked after by good people. I’m very grateful and recommend this surgery to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Changed here and the first thing Dr Sinha did was to investigate my condition further, sending me to a specialist, I had never had that under my old surgery and Dr Kabir treated me for various conditions and I have now have a diagnosis that my old surgery said was nothing.

Although odd opening times the receptionists are lovely and are quick to help with anything I need.

I will not go anywhere else, thank you.

This a good GP surgery. Regular Drs especially Dr Sinha are very helpful and caring. The only down side is it is very hard to get through to the reception. The line seems to be always busy

Shocking service.
Contacted over 30 times to get an appointment and line is all the time busy.

All the time the same situation.

Very very poor reception attendance.

Doctor is really good but to get an appointment is not easy.

Only one lady at reception dealing with patients and to answer the phone.
Because she is all the time busy with patients she doesn't pick up the phone.

Before i walked in the GP and she wasn't on the phone then i tried to call the line and it was busy.

The doctors are lovely but some of the receptionists are very rude and aggressive. You have to fight to get an appointment. Wouldn't recommend.

Very rude receptionist. She need To learn how to talk to Patient . I’m surprised how come she work as a GP receptionist. All the doctors are very good but crane park surgery really need to improve service in receptions area because most of the people complaining about receptionist

Don’t bother,Rude and unprofessional staff at reception.Gp’s even worse.Seems to be family affairs,They backing each other on their unprofessional behavior.

The Ladies at the reception are very polite and helpfull.
Never had any problems with my doctor. Dr Sinha allways been helpfull and proffesional
