Very Rude receptionist and sarcastic!!! My misses is going though a bad time with her dad passing and she mite have cancer too and got bad anxiety and the doctors send her a letter saying they got her results for her test if she has cancer on a letter in the post but they didnt !!! And striked her name off the doctors cause she was a lil angry and the phone because of the false letter and the sarcastic and rude stuff member on the phone

I called them on Thursday as my two year old needed appointment asap. Appointment offered to us was in 3 weeks time. When I asked receptionist can I call them back tomorrow in the morning and maybe get the same day appointment, she only rudely said -oh yes if you manage to get through-, never even once she asked why we need an appointment now, or what is wrong with my little one, however I'm still giving a 3 star as the doctors amd the nurses are very nice

This is the best GP in the borough, I've been to quite a few. Lovely reception staff, brilliant GPs - always willing to listen and to help where they can. They try their best to get you an appointment where possible, if not they tell you where to go to get an appointment. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Rude staff. Appointments never available not even at 8am on the day. Disgusting patient awareness. So happy I left. If you wanna die before being able to see a dictor than this practice is perfect for you.

I highly recommend this practice. I’m always able to get an appointment if it’s an emergency, especially if that is for my child. They’re very accommodating. The times to get a scheduled appointment, unfortunately, has increased over the years, but I believe it’s a national issue. Overall, the care and service they provide are excellent. The receptionists are very polite and the general practice manager very approachable. Some of the doctors have been there for years and provide very good care.

All I will say is you want to pray you don't have an illness because you will be dead by the time you can see a doctor in this place.
Used to be the best many years ago, but now don't even bother. If you don't believe me then try getting an appointment. When you get told you gotta wait nearly 6-8 weeks what is the point.
Also take a drive down to the gp surgery and you will see not 1 single person sitting in there waiting to be seen, makes no sense if they are so busy!
I need a double hip replacement and was referred in January 2020, nearly 2 years have gone by and I'm still waiting for the referral to go through. For the 1st year the doctor hadn't even bothered to check there emails to see that I needed a different sort of referral.
So this is just a warning to other people that are looking at using this gp and if you do decide to use them then you're better off going hospital because by the time you see a gp in this place you're gonna need a hospital.

Massive challenge to get an appointment. A month ago my son was not considered sick enough to be seen by a rude receptionist so we w eded up the same night at Queens hospital where my son had a surgery. Horrible misjudgment with a pinch or arrogant behaviour. Stay away if you have a choice.

It is impossible to get a doctor's appointment The best thing they say to you is try tomorrow, maybe you can appointment This means that whenever I get sick, I have to go to hospitals 17 Waite to see a doctor. I got seriously ill on Sunday and today is Wednesday and I still couldn't make an appointment with the doctor. If she has a urine test and such things that are not taken, she will tell you to take yourself to the hospital. If you make your work so funny, why don't you find a comedy job instead of playing with a sick person?
