Edridge Road Community Health Centre

I was referred here for NHS emergency dental treatment and had terrible anxiety seeing a dentist... But the ladies that work there Dr Sharon and nurse Kyla (I hope I've spelt it correctly 🤞) were absolutely brilliant and very caring! Slowly and clearly explained everything, the work was quick, precise and pain free! They also called me within 10 minutes of 111 referral. Don't be put off by the 2 stars rating the service was spot on!!

I wanted to share a positive review for Edridge Road as I feel the overall Google score doesn't reflect everything that the team at this practice does for Croydon. I've called them several times over the years as a patient, and can honestly say the reception team are polite, sympathetic and helpful to patients. The doctors have also improved significantly over the years and I've learnt a lot from them with regards to questions I've asked.

This review is only for the person who has great customer service in the patients services team. Shout out to Sonia who has always helped us with the queries and exceeded our expectations. The 5 stars are for this person only and not the surgery itself.

Always helpful. Charles at reception is lovely - courteous and friendly. Ms Carol always remembers my voice on the phone and asks about my family, and Sonia and Maria very patient. Nurse Emily saw me even though I was a bit late - appreciated they were busy that day. Dr. Parmentier fantastic as well as Dr Malek.

Thank you very much for your help to sort it out the situation with the hospital and all your calls and hard work. Finally I got what I need, in my difficult health situation. Nikita was
very kind, supportive and helped me through the process. The GP was kind and helpful too.

I attended here for an emergency dental appointment. The dentist and nurse were pleasant and very good. No complaints at all.

The worst gp service ever I think it’s easier to get an appointment with king Charles you hold online in a queue then it cuts off how can you be no 3 for 20 mins? Then no 2 for 15 mins and lastly no 1 for 20 mins then to be told NO appointments kmt 🤬 IF you manage to get an appointment they have some brilliant gps there esp Dr Labinsky is one who is brilliant!
