The receptionist called Ms Marta is impolite, has extremely rude tone when you inquire her about blood test results or anything else over the phone or even personally face to face at the reception desk, despite been told to be courteous she still continues being that way! She didn't even bother to pass on the message to doctor when it was to do with my 4 old month baby. She said doctor will call back but I never received no call back all day and now have to wait till Monday which is purposely intentional and careless on her part and which has never happened before by any other reception staff who work there, as they always passed my message same day and I had call back same day! Doctor is the best but this staff member called Marta is for sure there ruining the reputation of the surgery! Surgery will surely gain by giving her training on how to be a courteous friendly polite receptionist!

I have been calling continuously regarding my licence and dvla contacting selhurst medical centre regarding a medical as they were meant to fill out a form and send it back to dvla. I have told them my financial situation where I need to go back to work and getting this medical done is a priority as my livelihood is being affected. I have recently had twins and I am under financial pressure as well and stress due to not being able to financial support my new born baby’s . I have been told my doctors have sent off the form by a member of staff there and I’ve been waiting for over a month for dvla to receive the medical form, now to be told a month later that I will need to pay for this medical to get sent back to dvla. I have been really stressed about finding out this information as time has been wasted when this information should have been told to me. I was never told that I would need to come in and do a medical. Since I joined selhurst medical centre I have not liked the service I have been given it even took over 4 weeks to get me signed up to there service and now I have been given wrong information which is causing me stress and it is financially affecting my livelihood due to the time wasted. I would like something done about this please. This is not right someone should have contacted me about needed to come in and not have given me wrong information about the documents being sent off already. This is causing me a lot of stress and I’m soo angry about how I’ve been treated by Delhi rat medical centre. This has been one of the worst service I have been given for a long time and very unprofessional for them to waste my time and put me through this stress. I spoke to a women called Danielle and she sorted out everything she was very helpful and nice and told me everything will be sorted out free of charge.

This has been my surgery now for nearly 2 years, I have never come across such a wonderful and amazing team, from the receptionists and to all the doctors !!!Dr Dabo is not just a great GP, but am awesome human being who has time for her patients and shows interest...

Definitely deserves 5 stars and I would highly recommend this surgery !!!

I give a 1 star solely and only because of the so called Practice Manager called Tory. She is rude, abrupt, condescending and completely un professional. She spoke to to me with contempt and would not let me speak. I have been a patient of this practice for over 18 years and NEVER have I had to deal with such a person. This is in NO WAY in relation to Doctor Dabu who is GREAT and the other receptionist who are also great. She was so bad I came out of my normal persona and used language I am ashamed to have used. Tory is a disgrace!!!

Need more homegrown doctors and staff with a better sense of customer service and bedside manner.!

Receptionists believe themselves to be self certified Doctors. Absolute shambles, lack of empathy, listen skills and human decency.

The receptionists are kind, professional and take time to listen and support. The doctors and nurses are fantastic. Really looking into finding swift solution based on your individual needs and requirements. Always with a smile! Thank you for taking care of the people in our community.
