My experience tells me that a lot of the time the place is run with the right hand not knowing what the left is doing. I get incorrect information, very information depending on who I speak to and the call at 8am and not get through until all the appointments are gone and flatly refused any advance appointments the system benefits those who have acute conditions. This means as someone with chronic conditions I am just neglected.
I am also so tired of having to give them the same information. It’s as though nobody knows how to type and save notes.
Get it together before I take this further.

I was number 2 in the que for 30 minutes, so I went into the surgery to explain that my uncle had had a fall and was feeling unwell, and could be due to his medication, however she did not even let me finish and as soon as I started off saying 'he had a fall' she cut me off and insisted I went to minor injuries. Very rude, did not even listen to me and as it was minor injuries was the wrong place to go. Ended up going to A&E..If she had of listened he could of probaly had a check up with the doctor before going to A&E and not wasted our time taking a poorly 80 year old to minor injuries.

Dr TW contacted me urgently with an issue that could of been very dangerous for me and gave me the best care possible with a follow up call the next day and on-going monitoring. Thank you, what a credit you are to Churchfields.

Surgery are not taking calls at all now. Nobody on reception knows what's going on. My regular prescription wasn't filled. No reason given. No way of asking.

Rang today as they have sent my husband a letter for a hypertension review, my husband works all week and only has 30 minutes lunch break so cannot ring himself They are so unhelpful it beggars belief. They will only offer him an appointment on weekday. What happened to late night appointment for working people. Hypertension appointment is important maybe they are hoping he will die. Also I tried to book booster for covid I had mine done on a Sunday but not doing Sundays anymore Boris needs to know about lazy GP. In fact I shall get in touch with him and report unhelpful surgery.

Trying to contact this surgery is impossible, ringing out for for over 15 minutes with no cut in to tell you where you are in the queue, this is a terrible service, they need to update there calling system. We needed to sort out a cause of death certificate which took well over an hour of trying to get through, stress you can do without at an already stressful time. Absolutely disgusting.

Appalling service - neglectful and unlawful, no genuine care for patients whatsoever. My usually very healthy and mobile Nan, who is 86 has recently had horrendous back problems following a fall in May 2020 - she hasn't been able to see a GP once throughout. She's still extremely immobile, in awful pain daily and GP refuses to see her only offering telephone calls - impossible to even get through to reception to discuss her needs. This is severe clinical negligence to an elderly person - who else can they turn to if their GP won't can't help?! Local pharmacist has been more helpful. It's disgraceful
