York Surgery

This has been our family surgery for over 30 years. The standard of care has always been maintained by this team as they have grown! All the reception staff, and doctors always have time to listen and go the extra mile to support and advise.

I cannot praise them enough especially during the last few months when my father in law was under palliative care and the support they gave.

I have received a brilliant service from this GP practice. The reception staff are pleasant and try their best to deal with my queries. The nurse is friendly and attentive, the Doctors are the same.

Customer Service Experience extremely low or negative as this surgery. Over subscribed, Redbridge Council must maintain NHS guidance on licensing to make sure surgery running all operations smoothly. This surgery must revisit all customers training again burden of patients must distribute to other surgery or nearest medical center. Surgery manager must introduce patients booking system on surgery mobile application or website that will maintain Que and rest of stress on running system, general public paying taxes for right on time service, but it looks to me Redbridge and Surgery itself ignoring quality services. Hope management must re visit all inter protocol of customer services.

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Especially Shanti Sharma who not only booked my appointment quickly but also gave me a confirmation of the same. I appreciate her caring attention and attitude. Much appreciated.

The doctor who checked was also very cordial and helpful.

We have been registered with York Surgery at 55 York Road, Ilford, for a very long time (15+ years). The doctors at the surgery are fabulous. We have been seeing Dr Kandipan, Dr Arunan, Dr Mirza - their advice has always been very valuable and helpful. I would also like to add a special thanks to Ms Shanti Sharma who adds great value with her skills, at the reception - providing great guidance and support with her positive attitude and outlook.

I am really happy by the service given by York surgery .They are very prompt and active in dealing with patients . Specially Shanti Sharma Ma'am she is a quiet friendly and a helpful staff in the surgery .She has also been absolutely cordial with all the patients. She is an amazing and highly dedicated employee.

Absolute worst surgery with untrained staff. Even if you go into the surgery, most of the times they speak their own language including that so called Practice Manager. She barely knows the protocol or anything don’t understand how she became a Practice manager given the way she expresses herself to patients. This surgery used to be good and better in service years ago now it’s just worthless because of staff

I would like to say a big thank you for the exemplary service rendered by your receptionist Shanti Sharma. She is so good at her job. She’s efficient and empathetic. She is joy to talk to. Always so helpful and polite. Shanti is the loveliest person, so nice to deal with, and cared for the patients. I must say that she is a great asset to the York Road Surgery and I wish her well all the time. Also I am so pleased with a York Road Surgery , is the best surgery for me. Doctors, nurses and receptionists are very understanding, kind, caring and helpful. I am 100% a satisfied patient. Thank you all very much for your hard work.
