Bridgewater Surgeries @ The Meriden

I always find that speaking to someone helpful. I find the online system not helpful at all. I made a request a month ago about something else and no one got back to me.
I called yesterday the receptionist advised me to go online to request a sick note. I called this morning and I was told that online system is not working and that I should have been advised of this. That concerns me. I have no issue with the surgery I don't think the online system if users friendly especially if an elderly person has to use it

Big thanks to Bridgewater Surgery stuff, my family members are from a few months patients in the surgery, but we are so impressed from the quick respond. We never been left down and we always had face to face appointment when we need it,especially for our young children.

I have been with Bridgewater surgeries for my whole life. I can not fault the care I receive from this surgery, specifically from Dr. Gajan. I can always get an appointment when needed whether it is via telephone or face to face.

Really great Doctors and staff in at this surgery, but really want to give praise to Dr Gaj. He's been super pro-active in his help and I just can't thank him enough. Thanks to all the staff at the surgery.

This is one of the 1st GP practices I have been with that are proactive with contacting their patients, kind and polite on the phone and willingness to help. Impressed at the ease of getting an appointment here also for both myself and my family.

I have been a patient of this surgery for around 9 years.
This morning I had to contact the surgery for some help.
My call was taking by a lady called Barbra. What fantastic she was unbelievable she was friendly helpful
And professional.she deserves a gold star and believe .so thank you very much .

Really good surgery and staff and doctors are always pleasent.Dr Gajjan is a good doctor and try his best to look after the patients.

I cannot fault this surgery. the receptionists are always helpful and kind, i have dealt with 3 Drs now for my elderly, sick Mum and they have all been so helpful and proactive. I would recommend the surgery in a heartbeat.
