Do not recommend this doctors surgery one bit. Absolutely shocking. It is a constant battle to get any form of help from the doctors. They never respond to referral or recommendation letters from other consultant clinics. My nan arranged a telephone appointment which was quite important, got told it would be that afternoon, over a week later she has still not heard from them. She is a vulnerable person who has been totally fobbed off numerous times by the people that work here, and this really tops it off. For a caring profession these people really do not care!!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Absolutely terrible service, not helpful booking system at all. Got text message about blood test result and the need to book an appointment- Surgery closed on the only day off I have , all other days working during “their “ 8 am booking line opening to try book appointment which is neither way guaranteed 🤦🏻 Staff not helpful whatsoever. Makes you wonder - are those people think everybody has a luxury to stay everyday at home to hunt for routine appointments to get told what readily a are on about .

I definitely love the warren lane and forest house medical centre have merged into one now. Fantastic and helpful staff. Something to bare in mind, appointments can be hard to get, especially if you really need it, I hope the surgery hires more staff to deal with the numbers and make appointments accessible each day, I understand their is a shortage of staff/doctors at the surgery from, covid 19. Apart from that, helpful staff, great rejectionist team.

Ive had serious health issues and been on hold for over 4 hours in the past week! If you are looking to see a doctor in the near future i would try somewhere else the doctors and staff use the internet for treatments even when u have been refered for bloodtest etc its like you need to beg and plead to have any kind of nessesary tests.. Im just lucky i have private health care now. By the time you get an appointment there be a cure for cancer!

Getting an appointment is near impossible, online system always says nothing available. I live Thorpe astley and for me I have a condition where walking can be trouble for me but they won’t book me in to the closer practice and I end up having to walk or spend money on a taxi to get to the doctors because there isn’t a bus service from my area to warren lane.
This should be changed for Forrest house to me the main practice for painters that live in Thorpe Astley.

Can't say enough about how helpful the receptionists have been, in the past, and especially last week. Listened to what I said was wrong, even though it was afternoon got a doctor to ring me in a couple of hours and had a prescription waiting to collect locally at Boots by 6pm. Also got a call back in a couple of days to ask how I was and what help they could give in future.

The surgery is clearly under immense pressure they have always offered an appointment (I don't visit very often), more often than not face to face at their insistence. Care is good as is the follow up. Am shocked that so many people still fail to turn up for their appointments and the surgery are powerless to respond in any way.
