White Cliffs Medical Centre

This is by far the worse medical centre I've had to deal with, they keep you on hold sometimes for over 30 minutes, and when they finally get to talk to you, is of the most uninterested behaviour, the nurse was trying to deal with another patient while on the phone with me, didn't even finish dealing with me when she hung up on me !!!! I have been waiting for this for over 2 weeks of constant attempts to talk to my doctor and the only time they call you is nowhere near the time the nurse tells you, so you might not actually be able to pick up your phone, and bye bye to your needs.... because now you have you wait until next Monday to call and be on the line for another 30 minutes and hope they will answer you !!!!
Absolutely appalling

Staff on reception are incredibly rude and unhelpfull and awfully unfriendly,the bigger lady with blonde hair in particular.also the gp is incompetent and refused there was a issue with me,the day after I ended up in hospital..

Moved from a Folkestone practice where care was non-existent. What a change. The staff are caring, easily contactable and efficient. Actually answer the telephone and help with queries and have face to face appointments. A good old fashioned GP service.
Have seen some negative reviews written about this practice, may I suggest dissatisfied patients try elsewhere and really experience what poor care is. Thanks White Cliffs

Incompetent. Put meds order in online a week ago. Went to collect and nothing. So talk to reception who say we can't repeat order we can order with her and doc sign off next day. . This was Monday. Went in today still no meds. Went back to reception. No one had put meds order in. So had to re order and have to wait till Monday to sign off so no meds til Wednesday. Not first time this happensed.

Always able to see someone when needed. Hailie diabetic nurse is particularly good.

What I want to say is don’t just write a review but make a report to the Quality Care Commision who are charged with inspecting and rating this kind of medical facility. If you do not take action to stop this behavior then why bother leaving a review? The way the some medical staff treat clients is despicable, if clients say anything, they run the risk of being branded a nuisance. This branding is what allows some medical staff get away with it and so nothing improves. So take a little time please. To safeguard my health I have moved out of Kent. Believe me, there is a better way and someone needs to get this centre of dire consequences to give people the service they are there for. Despicable.

THE worst doctors surgery - Receptionists have advised me with incorrect information on numerous occasions. Prescriptions are never put through to the pharmacy on time. Cannot get an appointment, only a walk in service. Doctors pass you from pillar to post so they don't have to deal with you. All round laziness. Would not recommend! Find another Drs that isn't so lazy and incompetent.

Rude Rude Rude! The receptionists are so so rude. Who on earth do they think they are. I have a very serious concern about my health (why else would I be calling) and you are treated like dirt. They act as though you have interrupted their day and are just an annoyance. Disgustingly unprofessional.
