Custom House Surgery

While at my appointment I spoke to my diabetes Dr today to complain about some issues regarding attitude of staff at the reception. He called the manager of the surgery who was not available at the time. I heard this surgery used to be the best a few years ago. Over all I’m happy that they are going to make some changes to improve customer service. I was told that they will start to leave the doors open so people don’t have to wait outside until reception is free.

Unfortunately, This surgery is always been a disappointment. There is always always and always a long waiting. When you fill the online form for appointment, no matter how urgent the thing is, you will get an appointment atleast after 10 days. Why this long? What is the point if you will be attended after 10 days? Doctors just try to wrap the call up and get to the next patient as soon as possible.
Sorry, it just keeps you so frustrated.

The Custom House surgery is always been a disappointment! There is ALWAYS a long waiting queue.
When you fill the online form for appointment, you will get this after 10 days! What is the point if you will be attended after 10 days???
Sometimes the Doctor no call, no answer and no follow up, and you will need register another appointment.
If you tried to fill the form on line and tried every single option you get this message : Sorry, this service is not available right now.
The phone calls is terrible, normally you will be Wait in the queue for 30 minutes as a caller number 1 to speak to receptionist!
In my opinion GPs forgot how to work, it'd be better if you shut the doors.

Service definitely is rubbish!

I filled in the form and asked doctor to call only after 3.30 as I am a teacher and can not have my phone with me... Guess what!? The doctor left voicemail at 10.55! "If you need further help, register for another appointment." What a service is this??? Waited in the queue for 28 minutes as a caller number 2 to speak to receptionist!!!! 28 minutes???? |No wander A&E is full because GPs forgot how to work! Appalling service Custom House Surgery!

If possible, I will give negative infinite stars!

Rude and irresponsible staff, unprofessional clinic which just know how to cheat government funding but ignoring the benefits of the urgently needed patients. Shut down this clinic and fire those staff! If one day those staff cannot get treatment promptly and their healthies and lives at risk, they deserve!

Shame of NHS! Shame of being a medical institution!

This place has had my lung function results for over a week I was told I need to go online to get the results by a call back from the doctor I did this Friday 6th January got a text today to say someone will call me on the 31st January,what type of Shambles are you running here? Spoke to this practice today and they said they are short of doctors and it's a general thing that you have to wait a month to talk to anyone, no wonder a and e is full with people if they can't get an appointment with the local doctor's, by the way this practice keeps accepting more and more people when they can't deal with the amount of patients they have, no complaints procedure in place at all you might need to speak to daliayah

Very poor service quality, is weeks since I'm trying to book an appointment with them true phone or either online and there is never someone to attend you

If you’re thinking of putting yourself in this doctors forget it I’ve just seen my doctor for a ear infection and whilst I was there I told him I keep losing sight in my eye All he needs to do is send me for a blood test because I think my sugar level is dropping and he told me to book another appointment absolutely disgusting and on top of that he was half an hour late the receptionist lied and said he was out on visit when I saw him just before she told me that use get a no star from me
