The GPs and nurses are kind but the administration and communication is bad, indifferent from admin/receptionist staff. Continuos mistakes in prescription administration, canceling prescription without informing the patient, cutting doses without providing info, no intent to correct mistakes and a condescending attitude. Don't recommend.

I know many people have complaints about their GP but I feel very lucky to have an axcellent GP in Dr. Tran. Due to my varying issues if I request a call back I don't have to wait too long. Probably an hour at the most. I like that he actually listens to me and works with my input to reach a beneficial conclusion. He doesn't just fob me off with medication and when I was reducing certain meds he checked in on me regularly to ensure I was doing ok. I'm glad he's my GP, I couldn't ask for a better one. 5 stars for him and the practice on a whole. The receptionists have gone above and beyond for me on many occasions. I can't fault them.

The process of ringing the surgery was testing. Half hour wait but once I got through the receptionist was polite and very helpful and said she would get a gp to contact me that day with regards to my mum's ongoing issues.
Dr Ung rung within a couple of hours.
I can't say enough about how helpful and professional he is.
We had a call from the district nurse that day and booked a visit within 2 days.
My mum has finally started having the treatment she has been waiting for a very long time.
Thank you also to the kind, efficient District nurse called Ben.

Please don’t go there treated. Worst GP ever been waiting more than 6 months to reschedule a knee an urgent knee operation. Please choose an other surgery

The doctors and staff are brilliant never had a issue with them would give them 5 stars, the only issue I have is the painfully long waiting time to get through to reception being placed in a queue of like 40 plus and having to wait up to an hour for someone to answer and on more than one occasion getting to 1st in the queue and being hung up on and having to call back and start all over again is very frustrating especially if it’s regarding my 20 month old son. This review is solely based on the long waiting time on the phone and not the staff.

We have this practice as our GP after moving to this area. Despite the low review rating, we still find the practice very helpful, slightly better than our previous one at least. The only problem is the phone call waiting time, average call waiting time is 30-45mins, with 23-48ppl queuing in front of me, in my experience.

My foster daughter has this surgery as her GP practice. I have been extremely impressed with all of the people from the reception to the doctor's. Wish I could move to the this surgery. Extremely kind and helpful reception and doctors call back exactly when they say.

There is some miscommunication online with what time you can actually ring the surgery to book an appointment, but generally it's possible to book same day "virtual appointment".

They don't seem to have bookable appointments and you can be on hold for up to an hour.

May not be obvious - but you can only get an appointment virtually and they don't accept physical walk-ins unless it has been booked.

It's obvious that the surgery is over stretched and probably has three times the people registered than there should be; but that's more of a political/government issue than the fault of the surgery.

The few doctors that I have seen here have been professional.
