The OM Surgery

Worst surgery experience.

The reception staff and nurses are lovely and you can get quick easy appointments,however they have very limited doctors and you end up 90% of the time seeing dr mohindra. Everytime i see him for an appointment he never gives me eye contact and rusjed through my appointment within minutes. There is no rapport and iv been given wrong prescriptions as well and delusional advice i.e putting ibuprofen gel on top of surgery dressings. If you decide to register here keep in mind you will get a 1/10 service from the dr.

Amazung Dr surgery took care of my family for years. My late farther though highly of Mr Mohindra and I myself was very sad that I could not stay registered when we moved. All reception staff have always been helpful too. Not had a single issue in the manny manny years there.

Dr Mohindra is absolutely amazing, straight to the point and very good with children… always gets my toddler in within a couple of hours if I’m concerned. The small indian receptionist is BRILLIANT but I will say the white lady with dark hair has attitude and is unhelpful. Apart from that. Thank you Dr. mohindra! :)

Never have a problem getting to see a doctor whom are all very good, been here for years and the staff are lovely especially the Lady with dark hair and fair complexion she went the extra mile for my hubby recently. Highly recommend this surgery.

We moved to Hucknall end of august and this surgery always been helpful, friendly and excellent service. Any time my son needed appointment, they found the solution to see him. Highly recommended.

As usual wonderful friendly helpful service and advice from this Surgery. Today Karem advised and dealt with my worries and problems with kindness and professionalism. I have been with my Surgery a number of years now after moving from Lincoln to Hucknall. I can honestly say I’m really happy that I found The Om Centre when moving to Hucknall. Thank you for always helping and supporting myself and my son.

Excellent service from all health care professionals and reception staff at the Om Surgery. The staff always manage to find appointments for us all. Staff are approachable, friendly and professional - well done everyone at Om Surgery :)
