I had my coil fitted today and was so anxious, however all this anxiety was wasted as my experience was so brilliant and NOT painful at all!!
As soon as I arrived I was greeted by such friendly staff who helped me fill out the appropriate forms correctly. My appointment was running perfectly on time. My consultation was very thorough and I felt all the staff listened to me and made me feel like it was OK to be nervous and were very supportive. When I left I felt rather silly as the whole procedure was very painless. I definitely recommend this clinic and getting the coil. This will be 4th year with no issues.

I had great treatment here re a copper coil placement. The NHS at its very best. Extremely efficient, very friendly service. Thank you very much.

They are always friendly and supportive. From the consistently lovely reception staff to the great nurses and knowledgeable doctors,I’ve always been treated brilliantly. If you live close walk there as parking can be tricky.

I had an implant put in 3 years ago and I want to make an appointment to remove it now but I have been on the phone for over 2 hours on different 4 days but I am just in the queue never get to speak to anyone and it can not be booked online either. GP says they can not do it. I see this as highly irresponsible. 😭

From making the call (which, yes did take 30 minutes) was well worth the wait as I was given an appointment within days. Excellent!

Attending the clinic I was able to park PLUS parking was free. Excellent.

The clinic was clean and bright with staff to match who were polite, friendly and professional.

Dr Myasha and Florida who were attending me were both exceptionally delightful. I was initially a little nervous about attending, they put me at ease with friendly chatter and Dr Myasha recommended a longer lasting contraceptive - I took her advice. The procedure was completed quickly and painlessly!

I am very happy with my choice of contraception and wanted to let you know how impressive the service was and great the professionals who work there are.

The ladies in the clinic were so helpful and reassuring. Everything was explained thoroughly. There is parking on site but it was full when I attended so had to park on Heathside Crescent which is about a 5 minute walk.

Terrible over the phone. I called a few times in 2 days and was told there were no phone consultations available, then that I'd been booked in. After waiting for a call, which I never received, I called back only to be told I hadn't been booked in the system and that in fact they'd had a few empty slots that morning and the day before.

Waste of tax payers money on this particular clinic, they never answer the phone and if they do you have to wait at least 20/30 mins to get through but when you do they never have any appointments left, they seem to always be understaffed.
