Mount Farm Surgery

Having been registered at this surgery for many years, I am very happy with the quality of care that my family has received here. The waiting times for an appointment can be lengthy at times, unfortunately that's the way it is with most, if not all surgeries nowadays. It's definitely easier to book online than call in.

The Receptionists and Secretaries are all very friendly and patient, and the Nurses and Doctors that I've dealt with have been really helpful. Special mention to Dr. BH!

I have found this practice to be excellent 😊, yes waiting times can be a little lengthy but, comparable to everywhere else from what has been said by friends who live in other parts of the country.
I have found all the different doctors I have seen to be friendly, efficient and professional in manner, receptionists the same and such a lovely clean surgery with pharmacy attached is a big bonus 😁 all within a 5 minute walk from my house !!
I appreciate some others who have posted a review have been met with some issues regarding the surgery/ doctors but, I think they do an outstanding job with very limited resources and I’m sure the majority of patients who are registered there would agree, so please think before posting a bad review these people are just human after all.

The receptionists are efficient, friendly and as helpful as they can be. Some of the doctors are not as assertive as one would expect but they do get the job done..nurses are well-trained and very knowledgeable. A good GP Practice

This surgery is fantastic from receptionists to doctors. My husband with MND, my aunt with multiple problems, and now my uncle with various problems. I have to mention Dr Martin Poli who has been a god send to me, as I have been accountable for 3 poorly relatives. The best surgery I have ever been to.

We attended this surgery several times with our sick toddler and each time we were given excellent, professional and compassionate care. The clinic is always clean, the appointment system easy to navigate and referrals are followed up. Highly recommended. Thank you to all staff for providing excellent care.

Dr Parva was brilliant with my nervous son and put him at ease, spoke to him kindly and like a grown up and took the time to understand our family concerns. He was very impressed she opened her door to call him the exact minute the clock changed to his appointment time!

Unfortunately after starting so we'll, this surgery has gone to bottom of the for decent customer service, after registering 4 months ago with this surgery my wife received a letter yesterday saying they were going to drop her & giving her 14 days to find a new surgery. All this after she had a traumatic time with suspected miscarriage. Words fail me as to how badly she has been treated, she was told she was ok to move to them in August 2021 & it took till 20th December for them to decide without explanation this action. Best avoid this surgery as they obviously don't major in customer service..! :-/

Attended Mount Farm Surgery for my annual review which was conducted in a friendly manner. All tests were explained, meds checked and advice given with respect to improving their efficacy without the need to resort to higher dosages. I mentioned a long term follow up appointment had been delayed because of the Covid pandemic. A few days later, received a follow up call from one of the doctors. Very pleased with the whole process. All staff working well together. Excellent treatment.
