Really poor service, receptionist advices us to fill in the online form and the doctor will get in touch within 24 hours. After 48 hours I called to follow up and was told doctor will call tomorrow! So over 72 hours! Will definitely look for another Surgery! They wonder why A&E’s so busy!

Pat is lazy and rude, she is not enthusiastic and sounds as if she is fed up of sitting at reception. iv had two problems with her and she doesn't even reply she transfers your call so it gets cut off, she is so lazy, i asked for help with e consult about medication and she couldn't be bothered to help even though the automated services states that the reception staff
are there to help and can fill out form. she lazy and doesn't care about the patients just her pay check , the only good receptionist who was very helpful was Debbie she is outstanding.
But if you lose your patients with the reception due to their incompetence they will make you look as if your rong and not allowed to be human and be upset , this practice needs closing down

New PATCHS online system is terrible. Cannot even submit a request outside of the practice working hours. Completely defeats the purpose of a contact form.

Poor. My daughter has had ear problems since new born, the dismissed it as “build up of wax” she is now 17 months old and still ongoing. They said they have referred her to an ENT, however they referred me to the WRONG place. Even the doctors there didn’t understand why I was sent there. They brush my child off and hand her rubbish antibiotics that do more harm than good. She’s 17 months old and can’t even hear us properly calling her name unless we scream it. Her hearing is deteriorating quickly and they do not care. These guys do NOT care about you, your health, your children nor their health. Just the money that gets put in the bank. NEVER. COME. HERE.

Best practice I’ve been to you in years, all staff very friendly, polite and caring. I have been at this practice for a short time and during this time found them to be great from the friendly reception staff, Dr’s who are quick at responding and referring and really nice nurses like Caroline. I will miss the practice and just wanted to say thank you

My experience of the practice has been excellent. The practice manager, Sharon, is very kind, attentive and fast to act. Dr Soman is extremely committed and sensitive to the needs of his patients. My father was under his care for years and whenever he needed help Dr Soman was on hand the very same day. I can't praise this practice highly enough.

Really good experience. The GP I saw was helpful and addressed my concerns, and the GP manager watched my daughter while I had my appointment. I was spoken to nicely and everyone was very helpful.
