What a stunning turn around for this surgery last few months all down I think to one exceptional doctor .
You can now get appointments and leave it feeling much better before you pick up prescription.
WOULD NOT review before because nothing good to say but now compelled to show my appreciation for such a great surgery.
Doctors all staff fantastic service exceptional faultless.
Proud to put my name to this.

Took friend to morning appointment. Got there for the reception woman high and mighty to say doctor isn't here. No apologies. Ignorance. Why the hell don't they ring to let you know. If we don't turn up for appointment we get in trouble. Nice one jacksdale. Don't worry your patients are slowly going elsewhere and you'll be left with none. Then you close down then left with no jobs. Id think about how you treat your patients.

I went to the practice to register there and give them my blank.They asked me if I want to make an appointment, I said no for the moment. Now I have Ear inection and when I tried to make appointment, they say that I am not registered with the practice. What a shame. I will go somewhere else

The doctors at the practice are very good but the receptionist is all too happy to get rid of people quickly and is unhelpful when you ask about other NHS services

I moved here 2 days before lockdown. I am disabled and have several health problems. Although I have not physically seen the doctor I have had several phone consultations. Both doctors and receptionists have been helpful with ensuring continuation of medicines and recently new problems have meant I have needed x-rays, ultra sound scans and now a future doctors appt. Everything has been arranged so quickly and nothing has been too much trouble. They have made moving to a new area really easy and I am very grateful for that. Thank you.

Doctor Brown is excellent, understanding and very supportive of families with children. The centre has had a makeover recently and is a nice place to be

It says open until 6pm called at 4:30 said it’s shut prefer dr brown or dr Husain Nurse’s, midwife and office staff are all lovely and amazing if you catch them on a good day 😉 thank you for being so great

I've been at my previous gp for years and I had to fight to ever get anything. In this last year I have been unwell and didn't get much help I moved to jacksdale surgery last week and have had 2 appointment they are amazing and so helpful thanks for your outstanding service x
