Cassio Surgery

Receptionist are not helpful at all. Supposed to see by doctor at 11 but here is 12:20 and still waiting to see anyone. Receptionist told me still three patient before me. Whats the point to give appointment to patients. If you can't follow the time. They can't manage this surgery. I am not surprised to see all other review. Most of their patients gave negative feedback.

Should change the name to Upton Joke. IF somehow you manage to speak with reception you can only book your appointment in two weeks, and only in two weeks, no more, and no less, Need to see a doctor in a month? Come again in two weeks and MAYBE we make an appointment. Hilarious. If you have a luck and there is some space to book you for, this will be most inconvenient time for you, and most unprofessional job done possible. No repeat prescription service - ALWAYS mess up the scripts/ loose it, or just tell you to wait another week. I don't want to even think about how much money I lost because of this people. One big joke. I'm literally speechless seeing the pharmacy next to surgery (same building) is doing THEIR job, Seriously, everyday, all the time, trying to solve the problems like messed up/missing dose or anything, cause they don't give a sh*t..This is happening everyday

I don't know why woman working there as receptionist is still there. Should be sucked straight away long time ago, no job done at all I don't know what scale of corruption it is...

Trying to be patient really, but for years of service I got so annoyed, that even bad language and few offensive words, won't change a dime thing in this matter. USELESS PEOPLE, USELESS SERVICE, stay away. It's hilarious that faster, not to mention, with some kind of respect and professionalism at least, you have go to hospital, because GP can't deal with you. Nurses and doctors at the hospital looked at me like on an idiot, when I sad, I tried to make emergency appointment few times (over few occasions) but it's not possible in this place.

Worst surgery ever. Been on the phone waiting list for over 30mins and when my call was answered I was put on mute for over 10mins. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They never give any emergency appointments when its needed. Please avoid or change your GP ASAP not worth trying with them you will never receive any good service.

Awful. Terribly rude reception staff who seem to think they have the same qualifications as a dr, know your place. You're a receptionist, that's all. Don't patronise me. Dr staff are just as rubbish. This surgery went right down hill after Dr Gujral, Dr Chakraborty left. Only decent Dr there is Dr Virdee. Don't recommend this surgery at all. Go elsewhere, probably get more compassion and understanding anywhere BUT here. They never have appointments either, ring up at 8am to be told to ring up at 1pm, ring up at 1pm and refused a call back. Absolute joke of a "doctors surgery"

This surgery is disgraceful. It's virtually impossible to get to talk to someone, let alone the doctors. Receptionists are rude and some GPs are outrageously arrogant and dismissive. Very unprofessional service. I had to change my GP eventually.

One. No one picks up the phone. Ever. Two. If you want to see your doctor (from the few they have left) you can't. They want you to see a professional health care assistant, but no doctor. They won't even give you an appointment with your doctor even of you're willing to wait as they don't book further then 2 weeks. They ask you to phone back in 2 weeks to get an appointment with your doctor, except, you've guessed it, no one answers the phone. So you go in and guess what? Right again, you can't see your doctor as he's fully booked for next 2 weeks so phone back in a fortnight. You get the picture. It wasn't a great surgery when they answered the phones and had doctors, yet now they look at you as if you're mad. Which you will be after dealing with the Godforsaken surgery.
Will come as no surprise that I have now changed surgeries.

Fully agree with all the negative reviews. No one picks up. Driven me to also change surgeries due to how incompetent they are

Really fed-up with the service. They are become a money making machine. My wife requested the letter 3 weeks ago urgent purpose but still not receive. The funny thing was when we requested the letter next day received the message for come and make the payment. My wife 9 month pregnant but we went and pay. Why they can't say pay the money when collect the letter same time. Hope they won't leave until next year to provide the letter.
