This is a brilliant surgery and I highly recommend it. From the receptionists to the Nurses to the Doctors, all are very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful doctors and staff

Absolutely ridiculous discharge from hospital, follow up with my GP booked a telephone appointment and day comes and no call to phone and be told no appointment been booked try ringing back tomorrow at 8.00am for an on the day appointment. Ridiculous gone are the days GPs actually cared to see patients and cared about there health: Receptionists just so blunt. Something needs done ASAP about this situation.

Three hrs on hold throughout the day to be fobbed off and told to go to AnE if I am so concerned about my child,wouldn't recommend anyone signs up to this surgery.
Any doctor's surgery recommending to overload an already crowded AnE department needs to give there over paid heads a shake.
