After I had covid last summer, I was left with a nasty cough for over 2 months. Nothing was helping to get rid of it until I discovered the salt cave. My cough was actually gone after a few sessions and in general, I could breathe much easier. I also find it really relaxing - feels a bit like visiting a spa. The staff members are all very lovely too. I’ve been going for almost a year now with a few short breaks in between and definitely will continue as I really enjoy it. Highly recommend to try it out!

I am very happy to have discovered this salt cave. The staff is very kind and trained to inform you for all the benefits you can get from the salt sessions. It's true that you can't see anything after a session. Me being a smoker I have a "tobacco cough" in the mornings. Since coming to the salt mine, it has improved significantly. I intend to come to the salt cave for a long time because sometimes there are very good offers. I have a friend with chronic sinusitis with headaches and nose conditions. After 8 sessions she began to feel a difference in the good sense. I advise you to try as many sessions as possible to see the difference. It's really worth it!

I have been suffering from breathing problems for few years now and tried to look for a natural therapy. So I decided to try The Salt Cave in Earlsfield.
After the first session I could feel the difference, especially at night after the session. I didn’t feel breathless and it felt as if my chest had opened wide. Few sessions later I feel so much better, lighter, and don’t feel breathless.
I would definitely recommend The Salt Cave in Earlsfield to anyone. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The room is small but cosy, with comfy loungers and blankets. You can fit an hour in your lunch break :-). It is a great time to relax, read a book etc. while breathing in the salt infused air. I found it very relaxing but most of all beneficial. If you are looking for a natural therapy The Salt Cave in Earlsfield is the place to go.
They also offer good value packages and various offers one can take advantage of.
I would definitely recommend it.
A must try!

I suffer from chronic sinusitis and salt therapy is well known for its curative properties in respiratory conditions. When a friend of mine told me about a salt cave in London, I was curious because the salt caves I know are dug deep down in the mountains, not in the middle of the city! I bought three sessions on groupon last year in July, to check it out, and after the first session I bought a 10 pack, then a 20 pack, and so on...The Saltcave in Earlsfield has two rooms that look like a salt beach, one for adults, with relaxing music and comfy chairs and one for children, with toys and a telly. I find going there incredibly relaxing and soothing; breathing that salty air feels so good! I can't say I'm cured yet, but my headaches are fewer and I haven't had an acute episode in quite a while. I'm certain in time it'll get better and better. Also, they offer good deals on session packs so I can't recommend it enough!

I have been coming here for a little while now and the results are amazing. My sinuses completely cleared up and I didn't even catch a cold this winter! Also as a side effect...it really is beneficial for my skin! I also like the calmness of the cave and how relaxing it is. You can read, listen to music while the salty air does it job. Highly recommended...This place have become a regular part of my self-care routine.

I attended a session here as part of a bargain value Groupon deal of 3 sessions for £30. I wanted to try it due to severe asthma.
After 1 session, I could breathe deeper than before. It was a relaxing experience and I'm looking forward to the other sessions.
UPDATE- I bought a package of sessions and have been going once a week. My breathing has improved, I rarely cough, and I think the caves have made a big difference.

I have found the salt cave very helpful for treating an ongoing chesty cough, which my child had alongside multiple bouts of cold. I noticed improvements with each session and I think my child's overall resilience to colds has improved.
I have also noticed a positive impact on skin.

I am glad I have found a pleasant and natural way to relief the ailments.

I've only been to the child's room. The room is comfortable and has lots of toys, as well as an option to have cartoons on TV.
The staff is very helpful.

Nothing to compare it too as first ever Salt Cave. However. It is SALTY..it's well maintained, clean and very organised premises. Helpful and efficient staff. The salt cave is relaxed. Dimmed lights. Nice recliners that are very comfortable. Good place to read or snooze while getting therapy. Repeat visits have really helped upper respiratory tract congestion.
