Wouldn’t even give them one star. Incompetent comes to mind. After a week of trying to book an appointment regarding my mental health, I had to take the root of calling 111 who were amazing. Helped me out and even managed to help me book an appointment.
I have since been trying for three weeks to book a doctors appointment. Phone line keeps sending me round in circles and I only get through once all the appointments are gone. Then, get told to call back again the next day.
Repeat medication wasn’t sent to the correct pharmacy nor was it even sent out on time meaning I had to restart treatment. Wasn’t even told the correct information for taking the medication. Doctors told me one thing, the prescribed box told me different. Finally got through to a receptionist and she didn’t even check, just told me to do what the box says.

40 minutes on hold to eventually talk to someone that could not give my baby her apt for 16 week jabs. Tried to call back today and is going in loops. Can't leave the house with my baby in this heat - phone lines are terrible.
Lost time deadline form handed in two weeks ago. They then found it and told me 8 weeks for one signature! It'll be passed deadline because they lost it originally.

The saying you couldn't make it up comes to mind !! . When it comes to WH Center people living in a third world country would get better treatment. The pharmacies are no better . They invariably blame each other . It's an absolute shambles . I lost my wife in December . And received 0% empathy from them . Tried to change to saint Stephen's walk . But guess what you have to go through WHC to book . It's about time the GPs worked weekends like everyone else !! . I'm sure they would get hump if they went to Tesco's and it was out of hours . Like I said it's a bloody shambles!!!!!

0 stars this is the worst gp in the whole of Kent, don’t bother trying to get through, on the phone or online as it won’t happen. They just don’t care about people, I have been prescribed wrong multiples times, and the times I did get through and was told a doctor would contact me about appointment … NO ONE DID

Terrible GP surgery. Tried to contact this am. Cannot get through on the phone. Only option was to use e consult. Had to say I did not have pyrexia or they said I would have to phone surgery !! Then got appt for tomorrow. Felt worse so phoned 111. Dr phoned me back within the hour and prescribed antibiotics. Don't think I would have lasted till tomorrow. The quality of care scares me !!!

It’s horrible not ever being able to get through to this centre by phone. Feel sorry for the elderly. You feel like the only way is to walk in by 8am rather than calling as that seems like the only way to get through to them. Even then you are told to call again the next day. It’s ridiculous. Whatever the rules are it’s silly as most people would end up getting annoyed at the front desk. Allow people to call even after 8am. Parents have a zillion other things to do in the morning.
Other than that when you are seen the doctors and staff are lovely.

Disgraceful given the time it takes to go through the call center and the time allotted with the GP (most of the time it took me 30-60 minutes to go through the call centre but less than 5 to get the issue resolved with the GP). I would like to know how many patients each GP handles per day. I don't think it exceeds 30-40 per GP per day which is insufficient in winter. And that is also ignoring the surgery works only 4.5 days per week.

have been trying to make an appointment for Dr phone call for my wife ,, 2days just get recorded messages, NO USEFULL INFO, FOR ME THIS IS TOTAL INCOMPETENCE?? -+1hour on phone,, not able to make on line as do not have...hopeless!!!
