It is a terrible experience. The Doctor I met could neither read/understand medical records nor analyse them correctly. He had a completely wrong interpretation of my medical records, even when everything is clearly stated with dates. They don't care at all. The money they collect from the clients are their only motivation. I have the physical evidence with me and ready to tender it anywhere if called upon.
