The most possible shocking experience!
First thing, I was few times and it was always empty.
But its very difficult to get appointment, extremely unprofessional approach to a patient.
I still can not believe that gp never seen me, it was just phone appointment but she gave me advice not to eat fish and chips, junk food! But she didn’t ask what am I eating?!!!!!
That I have difficulties to sleep because, she said : “ older people don’t have such a beautiful sleep as younger!
I am quite healthy person not even 50 yet!
This is age discrimination, and I am not too sure if I have to take this further.
Was shocked and in tears, she didn’t help she made me to believe that looking at my age is normal to have difficulties to sleep. I can not sleep no days no nights!!!
Is normal constantly to feel hungry, because this is my habit, she told me I can not feel hungry because I don’t have diabetes!
And much more !!!!
Of course I will change gp! But no one deserves to be treated this way !
And people who doesn’t love their job and people should not work as a gp!!!!

Please stay away from this Gp.
Very unprofessional.
They think they are running a Gp in india not U.K.
They don’t obey their protocols and break the laws multiple times.
Especially try to avoid a Big fat British born Indian lady who works in the reception.
Also avoid doctor Dr Khokar. Has a medical degree from Karachi University , Pakistan. Which is famous for corrupted degrees
I am done with this practice.

Tried to call as my daughter has a lump on neck. phone engaged constantly so as I am round the corner I walked round for them to say we can’t book u a appointment when you walk into surgery has to be over the phone receptionist is very RUDE to say the least for them to say we will do it this once don’t walk in here and expect to get a appointment face to face again as it won’t happen this practise is a joke

Want to say Thank you so much to the receptionist lady that works on the evening. She was so nice and so helpful. After handling in a urgent referral letter and phoning up to make an appointment, there was no record of the letter on the system but the lovely receptionist went and found the letter and called me back and booked an appointment. Thank you.

The five star review I am writing is solely aimed towards the evening receptionist. I just want to say a huge thank you to the evening receptionist who managed to organise an appointment after reading my husbands notes, the appointment was conveniently organised around my husbands work hours. She had a remarkable telephone manner, and remained extremely professional and reassuring when it came to the severity of my husbands condition. As a surgery we are lucky to have her, it is unfortunate that the surgery as a whole doesn’t live up to her standards, we need more professionals like her.

Staff are rude and unprofessional. They never answer a call when one need appointment. They are corrupt and the practice need to be shut ASAP. They are running the practice as if they are running a scam bussines. They are not helpful or sympathetic towards customers.Ibrequested my medical history 2months ago and they have not got back to me yet.Even though it says 7 working day maximum I will get back back

Do not join this practice.
You call at 8 like you are supposed to and the phone lines are engaged for hours, there is no queue no possibility of accessing non urgent healthcare.

There is a huge difference between morning and evening staff. Morning receptionists are not helpful at all, however evening lady is very nice and professional, she always try to help with appointments and everything else.
