Catshill Village Surgery

Very friendly and understanding staff on reception and the Doctor I saw was extremely thorough, would recommend this Surgery to anyone, NHS at it's best.

Always usually can get an appointment, theres a little wait before appointments so would always reccomend coming earlier than appointment then expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes before seen sometimes can be 40 mins depending on how busy the surgery is that time. But I would rather that than not get seen on the same day at all or have to wait 3 weeks for an appointment so would highly recommend ! Staff are friendly, doctors are helpful, listening and care.

The reception and office staff on this surgery are beyond useless. I have found them to be nothing but rude and incompetant each time I have had the misfortune of having to deal with them. The so called doctors here who seem to work on a part time basis are just as bad, you could see 3 different doctors for the same issue and get 3 different diagnosis. The staff here seem to think they deserve to be on some NHS pedastall when in reality they need a wake up call about what they are actually there to do.

Hypocrites!! When theybwant you to do something it needs to be done yesterday and are quite rude about it too but when they agree with you somethingbthey need to do and do not complete it on time they don't care that its put you out and then moan at you for moaning at them?????W5F!!!

They can be very good at times, however they have been denying me my repeat prescriptions with no explanation as to why, leaving me without for weeks at a time.

Receptionists are very rude, Takes way to long to listen to a recorded message before you even get to the ignorant receptionists. Doctors are not much better, wont see patients but want more money. I agree hospital staff and nurses deserve a rise but doctors in surgery's.....They are disgraceful.

Everything done bang on time regarding the Covid injections but then it would be when they are earning an extra £10 per injection.
It is very difficult to try and get an appointment for anything else.
I thought they should be open to the public by now without have to go through a very long phone process ?
They like all doctors are doing very little work for any other illness so how on earth are they all stressed out.
£10 per 2 mins. £300 an hour extra. On an 8 hour day that is £2400 extra.
There will be a crises when these injections are stopped. All doctors will be retiring.
