Simply because I can’t give zero stars they have one.
I’ve been told at least 3 times this week to phone back to get a morning appointment. I phone this morning and I will start by saying the receptionist was rude to say the least.
She had told me there was no more appointments before she had even asked if it was an emergency or not.
Then tried to send me somewhere that is not my surgery. I mean if I wanted to go there, or if I could get there I would have.
The rude woman even put the phone down. Sick and tired of this surgery.
I wouldn’t recommend them at all. Don’t get me wrong the doctors are amazing but, its not worth the battle if their front of house have no manners.

The doctors I've seen have been hugely helpful - I've always felt listened to, and they explain diagnoses and treatment options thoroughly so that I've felt fully involved in decisions. There's a new receptionist who's terrific - friendly and helpful. The only downside is phone appointments, which I've never managed to catch, as the call always comes a way after the time slot. Otherwise highly recommended.

Dr Hennah called me today as arranged some 3 weeks ago and I was more than happy with the service I received. She is a kind, understanding and reassuring GP at this practice and in the past year or so the practice has improved greatly - which was not always the case in the past. I am very happy with the staff's and doctors' helpful attitudes and especially with Dr. Hennah who is my nominated GP now - long may it last.

The reception staff are disgraceful, the phone lines are never answered and staff are incredibly incompetent. A person called Carol would refuse to book me in to see a doctor without any reason, until I asked to speak to a manager... since when we aren't allowed appointments to discuss health issues?!

Currently closed until Spring 2022. From what I understand they have moved to Tulse Hill in the meantime. They are still offering online services and that is the reason why this place has not been marked as temporarily closed.

Crown Dale medical Centre is by far the worst doctor surgery in London, if it was not for doctor Anna, I would not be giving this surgery any stars the staff at reception are so rude.
The doctors are not interested in seeing anyone. I am being told to go to A & E or call 111.
terrible service.

There is a lovely doctor at the surgery doctor, Anna. She is wonderful. I fainted & I called the surgery and was told they could not see me!

Since moving to the Tulse Hill practice. It has been the worst experience ever. The staff are terribly rude. My daughter has been diagnosed with SLE Lupus and they couldn't give a toss. After waiting a extremely long amount of time to get through to a receptionist who frankly should not be in a position to speak to patients (lack of empathy) I was advised that a GP would call back, after a few hours I received a call from a male GP who sounded like he was having a day from hell. Upon my answering he was saying something to someone else and his tone was very unpleasant, he then continued that tone with me. I was so astonished I started to cry. He then ended the call. So I took my daughter to A&E. I cannot wait for the Crown Dale Practice to be reopened.

Usually great but I turned up (to the location on this Google maps and the website) for a booked appointment today, one I booked on the phone and the surgery was boarded up. Make sure you speak to the operator about this before you hang up the phone so you don’t get caught out. They may have moved but all the web details don’t match so I don’t even know where to drive to next - just have to wait in a long phone queue to rebook.
