The Doctors and medical staff are very good. Unfortunately the nhs is struggling right now and the medical triage system is broken. Econsults fill up too quickly at 8am. If you work its hard to get an appointment. I Had to ask my seventy year old dad to ring in for me and he was on the phone for 2 hours before anyone picked up. You are better off to go and attend a walk in clinic. If you can walk that far. Its really sad.

I was going to join this surgery, but I was put off by the unwelcoming receptionist I dealt with... I gave my address and was told 'no that's not an address' repeatedly. I told the receptionist I can assure you it is an address! she was adamant that it wasn't. She finally asked me to spell it out, and then realised I was in fact right. After that experience I'm not going to bother, I'd receive a firm warning in my workplace for that kind of customer service experience!

So receptionists now have medical degrees that allows them to decide who is urgent and who is not. So last night I had a fall not serious thankfully, called 111 was told it didn't sound mega have a chat with your Dr. Done an e consult this service is supposed to be 24/7 .it isn't they turn it off when there overloaded I digress had phone call this morning from a receptionist I'm not urgent and have been put on Fridays list for a call so please don't try e consult as it is probably switched off what a farce nice going Dartford West Health Centre why do we bother here's hoping by Friday I can at least move a bit easier

impossible to get through to reception ever, I went in person just because no one ever picks up the phone and was told by the reception they couldn't help me with a small burn, went to A&E and they said it was definitely something the GP could have helped with. Reception are slow and moody. Once you see a nurse or doctor they are nice but everything before that is absolute agg. Don't come here if you can help it.

They have no E-consults available online for the third day running. The slowest telephone response. I waited on hold for 62 minutes and when they picked it up they said nothing and cut me off. I called again and was #1 in the call queue for 1 hour and 28 minutes before I gave up and hung up.

Shambles reception staff are rude, and arrogant. They ask medical questions they are not doctors lol jokers. Can't get an appointment unless you are bleeding to death even that has a two week wait. What is going on with the NHS. Hm... let me think back door privatisation. Costing the govt money to run the nhs. Abused by medical tourists, look that up on Google Yr be shocked. Been misdiagnosed twice now. How is this right,!!!!!!!

This practice has gone downhill since Dr Short left. Although the rest of the working world has opened up since the pandemic this practice is reluctant to. You have to be very lucky to get an E-consult as they get snapped up very quickly and the reception staff now just say to go to your local chemist or A&E instead of trying to get you into the the surgery. So many people including myself are missing important face to face appointments with doctors. When will things change?

This practise is a joke. It’s faster and easier to just die than to get an appointment!!! Worst receptionist service ever. Always moody, rude, never pick up the phone and think they have the right to decide what is urgent and what is not? Are you a doctor??? They say you are only able to make appointments via website at Monday 8am, no matter how many times I tried I was not able to get one! It’s been almost 3 months I can’t get an appointment and I honestly feel like ending my life because I can’t get help by simply booking an appointment!!!!
