Blue Wing Family Doctor Unit

I have been registered with this GP for almost 6months with TW5 area and before that 2.5yrs with TW3 address. Due to a recent policy changes, they have removed my registration without any prior notice. Since I am taking a repeat prescription, the sudden removal of my enrolments made my situation worse. Atleast I should be notified well in advance to enable my GP move. To get a new GP registration at this stage, taking minimum of 6weeks time. So, Please be careful in handling this GP. I would advise the GP or whoever taking the policy changes at NHS side, please make sure the patients are given enough time to change their GP. Its quite frustrating moment......

I don’t know why people giving bad reviews. It’s been 2 years I’m registered with this clinic but never get disappointed from any of the staff. I understand they are waiting us during the call but still they give best service

Worst reception staff ever.

Rude, incompetent, will ignore most patients. Have seen them shout at patients and today refused to serve my family. Embarrassing. People are coming because they are not well. You should be looking after them.

Ridiculous service
Staff apart from doctors are rude and self entitled
Do not answer their phones and just sit there on their personal phones while no care for patients

Absolutely ridiculous updated on 14/09/22 I’ve just called them no que so there’s no wait yet …. YET still ringing and has been for 12 minutes absolutely DISGRACEFUL the least these staff members can do is answer the phone as it’s their job all they do is sit around talk and check their personal phones and emails also go for a tea break every 25 mins and then have the nerve to take a hour and 15 minute lunch

Verry verry bad reception staff .it's not the right place for them .the only good person in this place is doctor khan najat.

Extremely rude reception personnel. On the phone or face to face. Made a complaint but no one ever got back to me. Have been shouted at when trying to ask a simple question that I wanted to understand .have been laughed at when wanted to change my surname due to pregnancy it was incorrect, as rarely used GP I didn’t care . Don’t have the main lady’s name who’s ALWAYS rude but you know when you speak to her :D
Ridiculous practise attitude.

I had an appointment for my blood test today I never had such experience that they have to puncher my both arms and still not able to get blood for my blood test such unprofessional nurse . I have request to management to check their nurse qualification properly seems very unprofessional. It’s almost 8 hours now my both arms paining. It’s terrible experience of my life. Never ever happened before.
