My wife had an appointment today with a Mr Dr skew,we entered polite and awaited his I structions regarding a cortisol injection.Dr skew was very rude while cleaning the sole of my wifes foot with a wipe prior to the injection his comment on my wife's foot was that she hasn't washed in a year! He's sarcastic comments carried until, my wife had her injection and hollered with pain.dr skew then made a comment of ice never heard any one that like from this injection before!!!.i commented with that's because she has fibromyalgia which surprisingly wasn't answered.i was seething by now I turned to Mr Dr skew and said, you are a good doctor but you are very blunt and need to round the edges when dealing with people. His awnser was I will take that on board,at which I replied, don't bother your retiring anyway, which strange enough is today. He then gained a smile and sat with my wife going over a diagram.his last words were my approach is of fact.does facts disregard being rude I thought, this Dr skew has angered and upset many people, which I have witnessed.oh well he's retired now phew.

The surgery and staff are excellent. However trying to obtain an appointment is a nightmare since they have moved to the hub you can wait up to an hour and a half on the phone which when your at work is not acceptable. You can’t call in to the surgery to book appointments so the hub is the only way. If I was now looking for a surgery this would put me off. Perhaps the surgery is over subscribed and this is why..

Dreadful surgery. Even if you are dying, unable to moved to be seen in a surgery they won't help you with home visits. Hell they won't even answer the phone if it's any where near the staff's home time. Shameful service.

A joke they still ain’t seeing patience an till the doctors ring and then if the doctor chooses then they will see you (I’ve had a car accident and need to get them to help) but I can ring up and ask for whatever medication I want and they give it to me just won’t bloody see me

Im a new patient at this surgery as my previous surgery had left me to deal with heart problem, no help whatsoever. My first visit today to Green Elms to see the nurse for a new patient check up & she was amazing, she helped me more in 10 minutes than any Doctor i have seen in the past 10 years. I was then contacted by a Doctor within the hour by phone & helped further. Brilliant surgery & staff so far from my first experience. Thankyou to the surgery & staff for your help & assistance. Very friendly & very helpful.
Happy patient ☺️👍👍👍

I really felt the need to give a review today, as I took my mother for a blood pressure check and blood tests. Mum unfortunately had a heavy fall in the corridor. The staff were amazing so helpful, they really looked after her. And I was even more surprised when I explained I had to then go Ranworth surgery to have my bloods and blood pressure taken. And she immediately said she would do them there for me. And save me going there. Which enabled me to take mum straight home and stay with her for a time after her fall. As she is almost 93 years old and on blood thinners I wanted to stay a while. But I can't praise the staff enough. And the nurse who dealt with us went above and beyond to help. A very big thank you to you all.

I really felt that I should leave a review of this GP surgery as most people only leave a review if they have a complaint.
I don’t think everyone realised what a strain most surgeries and NHS staff in general have been under so I am going to leave a positive review.

I registered at this surgery this week as I am new to the area after having moved from Kent.
I went on line and left a message on the website explaining my health issues and current predicament as I am a wheelchair user.
A receptionist from the surgery called me the SAME DAY very politely explaining my next steps to join the practice.
My husband went to the surgery to collect the forms. We completed the forms and gathered the information required.
We both went back the next day and it is completely wheelchair accessible and there is even a dentist connected to the surgery! Extremely good news for me.
I gave the receptionist my forms and paperwork required. The receptionist was very helpful and informative giving us an appointment for Saturday for our flu jabs. The staff all seemed very polite and helpful and I was impressed having an overall good experience registering at this practice. I will give a further update after my appointment on Saturday.
More people need to leave feedback if they have a good experience and not just the bad ones.
Thankyou Green elms for your help.
