I just had the loveliest experience here so I wanted to leave a nice review! I have problems with memory and time blindness so of course despite my best efforts I ended up late and forgot all my paperwork and all in a panic by the time I reached the reception desk. But all the staff I encountered were so kind and helpful, and helped to keep me calm. Everything was clean and quiet and it ended up being a lovely experience considering I usually get very nervous! Thank you ~

I was sent there by my local pharmacy last week to re order one of my mum’s medications, Natasha at the reception was very helpful as she spoke to the pharmacy herself and explained everything to me while getting in contact with the doctor to prescribe the new medication. She called me the next day and left me a voicemail just as I had asked her to do so incase I missed the calls as I’m usually busy at work, the medication was ready for collection which I managed to pick up from the pharmacy that day and my mum was very happy. She was very professional and very helpful which was much appreciated. Thank you and keep up the good work.

One star was generous. If they had 0 star I would give that. Waited for an appointment but was disconnected before I got through. People please complain to the authorities about this practice. What a load of rubbish. I have to find a more efficient surgery.

Had an 8am appointment to do blood test. On arrival, no receptionist At 8.10am there was no staff at reception. At 8.07 three members of staff casually walked in like they were on a social visit. 8.30am I got seen and still when I left, no receptionist If a patient arrives 10 minutes late you won’t be seen. So why is it ok for staff to go into work as and when they are ready. Completely unacceptable. And if you complain then it’s a problem.
Unacceptable service and I won’t be going back there again for love nor money. I’d rather go to North Mid Hospital.

This clinic is seriously in need of an automated check-in system. Every time I come, you are stuck in a queue to check-in for a minimum of 15 minutes and I often miss the start time for my appointment. Realistically, you need to arrive about 30 minutes prior to your appointment to check-in in time, which is ridiculous.

Signed up 07th September. Since then the app says they have reached full capacity but then their phone line advises you to download Dr IQ app and book appointments on there. My first enquiry on 7th sep was unsuccessful as "reached full capacity" honestly a shambles. The phone line after holding and clicking through the right options says line unavailable and then hangs up.

Prescribed a wrong medication from a Doctor on the 17/01/2023. I have been calling the surgery Plus Dr IQ to speak to a Dr or someone.
I have been on hold twice now & the phone gets cut off when I’m on hold at stage 1 next in the que. Then on Dr IQ I got rejected & I have to do an Audio Message (don’t have a clue what that means) I finally spoke to Reception & they asked me to call back on Monday am to get an appt. AS NO ONE CAN HELP.
Absolutely a nightmare plus no one there is helpfully. I cant believe this surgery. I had to give a star to get this review posted.

I had a blood test here and Veronica was such a sweetheart ❤️ she made me feel so comfortable, I didn’t even notice it being done !!
