This is the most amazing, professional, doctor led clinic! I am so pleased to have found it. From the moment you walk through the door, to your treatment, you are looked after all the way. The advice I have received from Dr Tailor and her team has been invaluable and my skin has never looked so good. I recently tried a new treatment called Endolift - it’s totally amazing!! My friends keep paying me compliments! Thank you so much H&A x

Incredibly professional clinic, would 100% recommend. You couldn’t ask for a warmer welcome on arrival, lovely and informative, experienced staff who put you at ease. Thank you Chloe & Lucy for being so very attentive and going above and beyond.
I’m so happy with my results.

I had my my first coolsculpting elite treatment for my chin today. Lucy was super lovely and made the treatment as comfortable as possible. Lucy's enthusiasm for the treatment oozes confidence, which completely puts me at ease. I can't wait to see the results. Everyone at H&A are incredibly caring and kind. Reception, Therapists, Dr's and Marketing are all hands on and personable. The clinic is always so warm and welcoming and the extra bonuses are the free parking and beautiful views of Elstead on the journey to the clinic.

I’ve had multiple treatments at this clinic and always been greeted by a wonderful smiling reception team and a professional service. I travel from London and it’s super easy to get to and 100% worth the trip. Couldn’t recommend it more.

I have been having Hydrfacials, 3 so far and they have definitely made a difference to my skin along with using the Zo products, which are expensive but fantastic. On my latest visit I had my 1st Secret RF, and I requested Charlotte to administer the treatment. As always she explained everything very clearly and was there for me if I found any of the treatment uncomfortable. Charlotte is really great at making you feel st ease. Thanks Charlotte see you in November. I will post my results they should start to show in 4-6 weeks.

Ive been going to H&A for about 3 years or so now. Each time my visit has been welcoming, I never feel hurried. The treatments are fully explained beforehand, and the advice is always good and appropriate: less is more. A great philosophy. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting any sort of treatment they offer.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at Health and Aesthetics is trained to the highest standard and I can’t rate them all highly enough. They give the best advice for you personally and tailor everything to you as an individual. That is why have been seeing them for 5 years now and my skin is in the best ever condition!

The treatment was fine, but the way they dealt with pricing was shockingly bad, and after complaining they presented me with a story that bore no relation whatsoever to what I was told on the day. Essentially I was told £60 payable up front for the consultation redeemable against treatment. On the day I was asked to sign a consent form that I agreed to the cost of treatment. I hadn’t been told what it was so I asked and was told £40. I signed the form. The clinician took me to the receptionist afterwards and told her to charge me £40. The receptionist said you’ve paid £60, treatment was £40, so you’ve got a £20 credit. I confirmed I didn’t plan on having any more treatments. Was told they don’t do refunds. So basically the cost of the treatment increased by 1/3! Quite steep. Afterwards the clinic presented me with a story that the treatment was actually £100 (not what I was told on the day), and that because they’d only charged me £60 actually I’d received a £40 discount (not what I was told on the day). I told them to make their pricing much clearer and to train their staff. So although it’s only £20 (which I’m not going to lose sleep over), their communication and attitude I found pretty shocking. So highly recommend checking costs with them BEFORE having treatment or to see a price list or something so they don’t try and pull the same stunt on you.
